Bon couteau
Il n’est pas ni grand ni très petit. Il coupe bien, mais je l’ai utilisé que deux fois jusqu’à présent.

Good Knife. Used On Blocks of Cheddar.
I have no complaints. I bought the single cheese knife (the one with holes in it) to get something more sturdy than the wire cheese slicers, which always seem to break on me. It cuts through cold cheddar fairly easily. As far as "sticking" goes, it doesn't come through absolutely clean, but cheddar has a tendency to stick to anything, though the holes definitely allow for less resistance, and I can cut thin slices as needed. This also now doubles as my paring knife in my knife block set, having broken the one that came with the set long ago. Works great for that purpose, as well.

Not a cheese knife
It's an interesting knife, but it does not cut cheese very well. HARD chees, okay, but cheddars, asiago, mozzi, and soft cheeses, not good at all. I can't strongly recommend it.

Works for all kinds of foods
Love this! I have a larger one with bigger holes so I find this works well with cream cheese, butter, cheeses…
