Accidently purchased 2 and love the one I kept
I purchased one catalytic heater using an unwanted payment method and cancelled the order immediately; unfortunately, two of the items in my order were checked (the stands and the 12 ft fuel line and regulator) but the heater must have been unchecked. I ordered another heater and accessories using the correct method. While ordering the second heater, I noticed a note saying no returns or refunds on the page listing the heater. In haste, I anxiously wrote the reseller and explained my position and they were more than helpful, emailed me a label and gave me full return for the shipment. I could not have asked for a better experience with company. Both arrived the same day and I shipped back the wrongfully ordered heater. On December 25th, on my way from NC to Ohio to spend a week with my daughter and new granddaughter, I stopped and purchased an LP gas cylinder at a Blue Rhino exchange and drove the 11 hour journey to my daughter's residence where I parked and spent the next seven days sleeping in my truck camper. Before turning on the heater for the first time, I read the instructions entirely and followed the safety rules.Lighting it was simple and quick. I have a small truck camper, it fits in a 6.5 ft bead with the tailgate closed and even down in the twenties at night, it kept the truck camper comfortable on the low setting and toasty on high with one of the windows cracked 3 inches for safety. It was quiet and no diesel pump clunking and no smell of nasty diesel fuel.I want to thank 4Wheel Online for their understanding and generosity.

Radiant!
Keep reminding yourself of that word: radiant. This is unapologetically advertised as a radiant heater -- not a convection, or fan-forced air heater. It will heat You if you are in front of it, but not the air. That being said, I needed a small-space heater that was economical to operate; focussed, so it would only heat where you aimed it; and quality made so it would last for 6 years.I have a 32' motorhome that employs a propane furnace, requiring the motorhome be moved frequently to fill the frame mounted propane tank. Since I "boondock" a lot I'd rather use the propane to heat water, cool my refrigerator, and cook my food. A friend I trust has been using one of these Wave heaters for the last 8 years and it's still going strong. It was expensive, and required that I have a 16' hose, regulator and quick disconnect made at my local propane provider. The first thing I did was test it for several days in my shop to see how long it would run, at high setting, connected to a 5 gallon tank. When I totalled up the run time, having run it on 7 different days, the total time was 79+ hours. That's on high!During the test I started the heater 12 times, and it never once failed to start on the first attempt.Remember to also purchase the leg kit and the dust cover. I'm told by long time users that it does make it last longer.

Very impressed!
We had been using a kerosene heater to heat our bedroom but we noticed a thin black layer of soot on everything so we decided to try this heater. It is so much better and cleaner to use. I highly recommend it.

Beware if you need to return item...
This is was my second Olympian Wave heater. I loved my first one, but after 6 yrs it was ready to be replaced. I order this Wave6 paid ~$470. I used it for 2 weeks, and the smell was awful, affecting my breathing, and on low the whole pad lit up, it was WAY too hot... something seemed wrong. Returned ($52 on me for USPS). I received my refund of only $230. I FEEL RIPPED OFF BY THIS SELLER...BEWARE! I ordered a new one from another seller, I am happy to have a properly working heater again.
