I received the heater yesterday from Amazon, and my first impression was good. I picked iSiler because of its metal case. I have seen and used plastic models in the past but the metal case gives me additional confidence. I have seen plastic space heaters warp and melt and they don't seem as safe.The unit was well packed and came as promised. I had a little difficulty with the feet and handle.The feet did not want to click on easily. I had to apply a little more pressure than I should but eventually, they clicked on. The screws went in and felt secure. I could tell that the screw was attaching to the metal plate and it felt very solid.The handle went in but the holes for the screws did not align up as they should. I pulled the handle out and it looked like the holes were a little offset. I tried turning the handle 180 degrees to see which way they aligned up best. One side did align but the other was off a bit. I did, by pressing the handle in fairly hard, get the screw started and I was able to secure both sides. The screws felt like they were going into plastic and I was concerned with stripping them out. Once the head bottomed out I stopped turning but felt like I should turn some more - but I did not want to take a chance of stripping the handle.The handle and feet function perfectly so I am happy the install was successful.The controls were easy and the unit worked as designed. I feel I will be happy with the unit for a long time.Update:I have had the unit for a couple of months now and absolutely no issues. I have moved it around the house and the handle is not loose and not showing any issues, this is my favorite little heater.

I have 2 units I bought in 2019 and these things are workhorses. I use them to heat the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms before shower and toilet time as well as a personal heater in my home office. I live in New England so they get heavy from November to March. Apparently the newer units are not as good based on reviews which is a shame.

I bought this for my wife to use at work but she did not like it. It must not appeal to women.I thought it was nice enough to keep and try to use somewhere else.I would have given 5 Stars except for the dent in the side that was on the unit straight out of the package despite having foam inserts in the packaging. See attached photo.I contacted the seller with the same photo and they offered $15 dollars back.I accepted because I can not see anything else wrong with the heater.If you are in the market for a personal space heater I would recommend this heater as it is a sleak design, a nice portable size and has the tip over safety feature.

The ceramic elements cost as much as this unit which is why I bought it. Sturdy chassis, nice on/off switch and it has a transformer to power the 12vdc fan. The fan is suitable for the heat generated. My thermostat failed within a few hours if it ever worked but that wasn't a problem since I planned to use a Penn/Johnson Control 421 box to control temp. I bypassed the shoddy thermostat voiding the warranty and making me liable for whatever might occur. It has a snap switch to cut power to the elements which I left in place and I didn't test the snap switch.Update: seller saw my feedback and offered to replace the unit at no charge which I didn't expect but accepted. The replacement unit is working as intended so I'm revising my rating.This item suffers from the same issue I see more every day; the imports coming from china are getting worse constantly. Buy this item or buy another they all have the same problem; ship cheap junk as cheap as possible with no regard to quality control.

I wanted to like this heater because of its design, but the quality seems bad. I used this for one day, and then it stopped working. Now if I turn it on, sometimes it doesn't turn on at all, sometimes it turns on and shuts off after 30 seconds, and sometimes it turns on blowing air with no heat.

Sure, there's cheaper units out there, but let's face it; stacked against Amazon's current, similar heater offerings , they just aren't as sexy as this little yellow guy (who also happens to be a beast in the heat department, too)!I'm thoroughly pleased with this unit and look forward to relying on it to keep me warm (without heating the entire home) this winter while work from home. It's quite light and comes with a handle, so moving it from room to room is a snap. I love the bright representation of this unit in bumble-bee yellow, which also helps make it more visible and therefore less prone to be missed and tripped on while on the floor. This unit's build is simple yet hardy, and while I don't plan on dropping it, I far prefer the metal casing to that of a fragile plastic heater. Controls are easy to reach and straightforward.Please note that this item's safety features are fully intact. When tipped, the fan will continue spinning, but the heat is turned off. I've seen a few reviews misinterpreting this function and labeling the device as defective.Be cool and get warm with this heater!

I very much like the compact, stable, industrial design. It has a quality feel missing in other small, plastic housing ceramic heaters. Heat output isn't bad for it's size, but not as good as I hoped given the description and some reviewers saying it would heat up a garage... well they must have very small garages. I tried it in my unheated garage, and it did not put out enough BTUs to raise the temp even one degree. I tried it in my shop with door closed, same result. It also uses more power than expected and trips circuit breakers, the fan runs constantly, even when not heating. In comparison I have two other 1500 wat heaters, both do raise the temp without blowing a fuse. I also tried using it under my desk on chilly days, it worked too well, a lower wattage setting would be helpful. Sadly, as cute as it is, it's getting returned since it just doesn't live up to the marketing hype.
