Its velcro straps assure a secure and customized fit. The elastic armband can be extended from 18cm to 44cm. If your arm is small or if you carry the arm band on your wrist you can tuck any surplus strap into the loop designed for this purpose, but if your arm is big or wearing a running jacket, the adjustable armband is big enough for you to wear. I feel very comfortable when I wear this arm bag. Good quality. It's perfect for my IPhone 7 plus. I always listen to some music when I do some exercise, so this arm bag is wonderful for me. Definitely recommend!

Made very well and nice looking. The reason for 3-stars is because once I put my cell phone and car keys inside and strapped it to my arm, it was quite heavy and had a tendency to slip down my arm. It most likely would of worked fine with only putting in one of the items.
