The overall product came out nice,The packaging was very good, no peice was brokenFew extra pieces were provided.--The product installation instruction sent wrong, i struggled to install it correctlyAnd I still don't know if I missed any crystals on the second row.

Product and quality is good... How to assemble paper chart received in bad condition. Completely tear down. Assembled after repeatedly watching the image on amazon.

Took 5 and half hour to complete the installation from the scratch without any installation manual. The product is very good. Liked it.

Very beautiful chandelier
It is a beautiful chandelier and value for money. A little difficult to assemble but quite fun while doing it. You will feel like solving a puzzle. Worth it.

Received a broken bowl!!
It was such a disappointing experience to first wait for the delivery, and then when it finally comes, one glass bowl is broken!! So we had to send it back! Now looking for another one similar
