The item did not come with the happy birthday cake topper, but otherwise it was good. I was a bit disappointed.

This product arrived opened and partially used. See photo. They were supposed to be used in my cup cakes for a party. I did not use them due to I dont know if these were still sanitary when I received them because they were previously purchased by someone else and resold. Not worth my time or gas money to drop off and return due to no fault of my own
