That light was the whole reason why I bought it in the first place. I reached out twice to customer support - CRICKETS! Too bad. Now, I'm looking for alternatives to light up that glass ball. Otherwise, this is stunning. I added the Eye-of-Protection and the stone next to the swan. You'll enjoy this lovely treasure.

The media could not be loaded.  We got this for our teenage daughter as a Christmas present. Right now she is into candles, incense, stones.She loved her gift! It comes with all the accessories mentioned in the description. The video does not show any of them because we just wanted to try it right away and did put any of them at that time.It looks so pretty!!I am thinking about getting one for myself.It does come with the a lot of incense sticks and cones. They smell pretty good too!

My boyfriend and I love the way it looks. Shipping was really fast and packaged really secure. Nothing was broken. We bought batteries and it looks beautiful. The smoke has to travel a long way down so try not to create a breeze near it or it will mess up the flow of the smoke. The only downfall is the after smell of this, uggh it smells like an ashtray, the cones smell good but then when it is done burning the actual incense burner has such an awful awful smell to it. We washed it and let it air out on our patio and it still smells. All we did was burn one, I can't imagine if we burn more.

The media could not be loaded.  Although not quite the flow of smoke as advertised, still a great affect. Found that the size of the hole through the cone controls the amount that falls. Scent seems strong to me and suggest using in a large room. And of course the air in the room has to be still. The quality of the fountain itself is good. The colors are dark to accentuate the white smoke. Can't wait until it's dark to see what the globe looks like with the smoke. Pretty colors in daylight.

At first he put the light at the bottom (because no instructions) I said I think the ball is supposed to glow... well it looks better at the buttom. Question is,, can we buy just the light?? That way we can have one at the bottom and one under the ball. He doesn't take video real well and I can't show you both videos but here's the one at the bottom.
