We are loving the bread and all the spares that ship with the product it is very easy to use and the results are fantastic. Instructions and menus are simple to follow whilst detailed and full of tips.My machine arrived with a fault on the lid so I contacted their customer services on a Sunday and they responded on a Sunday too. They were extremely apologetic and they simply dispatched another machine and told me to keep the old one for spares! Moreover it was only the lid that was a problem and that is detachable so I asked if I could by a new lid to make the original one workable. They sent that to me free of charge too! Two great machine for the price of one and my niece is very happy with her housewarming present.Thank you so much Tony Simpson!

So far, so very good! I bought this bread maker after seeing all the positive reviews and after comparing this machine with so many others. It arrived yesterday and after following the instructions to clean and burn off the machine oils, I have just made my first loaf. A regular white loaf and it's perfect.What has impressed me most is:1) how quiet the machine is. I can barely hear it as it goes through the mixing, kneading, resting, proving and baking process. Very pleased about this as so many others seem to be very noisy.2) the machine does not move or judder or creep. It has stayed in exactly the same spot that it was in when I switched on the cycle. This is quite important, especially if you are leaving the machine unattended or overnight.The recipe booklet is fabulous with lots of great options and the instruction booklet is very detailed, clear and concise. It even gives you reasons why certain steps need to be taken and some very useful guidelines on measurements and how to achieve the exact liquid requirement if you are working with odd sizes (with eggs for example).First loaf is wonderful and I'm now in the process of making my second.Add to this the option to make jam and yoghurt and you have a pretty solid piece of kit. I'm very glad I spent a bit more and bought this machine.

This is a revelation. I could never manage to make bread by hand. This makes it so easy. Put the ingredients in in the correct order and if you go. Good selection of breads to try in the recipe book. Particularly liked the brioche.

Absolutely brilliant bread maker. I have used to make sourdough and french bread. Absolutely perfect results. Once finished it keeps warm and crispy until you can remove. Excellent instructions and very easy to use. It is so superior to my previous bread maker and I had been very pleased with that. I can’t wait to try some more adventurous recipes.

This is a good little machine. It appears to be pretty well made (time will tell). Good for making multiple sized loaves. Easy to clean. If I had a criticism, it would be that it has far too many spuriously varied options. It's a pretty common trend on products recently. It's not a problem as such, but having a vast array of never to be used options just clutters things up. Anyway....this one works well once you find the settings you want. Good, compact size.

Amazing machine! There is always trial and error but you need to read ALL the instructions thoroughly and they are comprehensive. You get both a user guide and a book of recipes.I am coeliac and bought this gluten free bread. The customer is unbelievable i got a response within 2 hours and not only did they give really clear instructions and assistance but adapted my favourite recipes into a bread machine recipe. The support was truly 24 hour- i got quick responses at night and at the weekendWould highly recommend. Machine the best on the market and the support is second to none

Wicked machine...we have had some lovely fine bread...light and fluffy loafs...just make sure ingredients fresh ingredients not been in the cupboard for a while...our first mistake...first loaf didn't turn out the best...could have used as door stop .
