Great at first, poor connection after a month.
Pros: The price is perfect. Works most of the time.Con: A month in the connection started getting flakey.This would be a 5 star review. Out of the box this power supply worked flawlessly—it fit perfectly, connected in either direction, and magnetically held in place as well as the OEM charger. A couple months in though it started to have problems. Intermittently it would fit in the slot but not light to or charge the Surface. Soon it got too a point where it will only charge of it’s plugged in one direction, and now it’s hard to use the tablet and charge at the same time. For the most part, I charge while I’m not using the Surface. Charging while on a flat hard surface like a desk or table is possible, but charging while on your lap is spotty at best.

The product is sleek and works well, the computer becomes fully charged in about an hour or so while turned off.

Did not charge my surface pro...
This did not work well, it did not charge my new surface pro. I bought this as a second charger for the home office but had to return and purchase another charger.

Failed after less than 1 year.
Purchased this charger in Feb. 2018. It now no longer charges my Surface Pro 4. What a waste of money.
