Broken. Sellers lie. Not helpful.
The item came broken. The pump won't work. I've had to pour it out which isn't easy when you're in the shower and trying to prevent water from going into the bottle. I emailed with the seller who said they would send a replacement pump and they never did. so needless to say I'll never buy from them again. Plus this shampoo smells terrible. Waste of money. Don't bother. Grave Before Shave is the best beard shampoo and other beard items.

It's nice. ..Smells good. The packaging could be improved. The colors were bleeding all over after a couple weeks in the shower.
