A good way to add a USB port and an audio input to a more accessible location. Works fine and the fittings are strong enough for the job.

Used this to provide a USB and AUX inputs for an after market head unit in my mini.Seems well made and does the job nicely.Only criticism I can make is that the locknut that secured the socket (either in a cutout or bracket supplied) is made from a hard rubber instead of plastic, which is great in that it’s unlikely to come undone but it does make it awkward to tighten as it deforms when you put pressure on it making it almost impossible to do up tightly. Also, if using the supplied bracket there is zero room behind it making it even harder to tighten.

Good product. I installed this in my glovebox so I can hide my iPod. My stereo has a rear USB and AUX input so it looks clean and tidy hidden away. Only issue is that you have to press quite hard get the aux cable to fit properly and connect but once it’s in it isn’t going anywhere.

Avoid. The tip of the Jack plug snapped of inside my new car stereo. It cost a lot of money to sort out.

Night this for my Vauxhall corsa d aftermarket stereo, swapped out the cigarette lighter for this, very good, wire is more than long enough, struggled to tighten the ring for the back of this however very good.

Do volentieri una valutazione alta ad un kit che mi ha sorpreso per la sua semplicità e funzionalità.Mi ha permesso di trasportare la porta usb del e jack del Parrot dove serviva levando di fatto un'antiestetico filo a due uscite usb femmina e jack e poterlo posizionare nel porta oggetti centrale della'auto.Il kit arriva compreso del necessario per il montaggio sia in foro che nel supporto in dotazione.Anche se nasce come un prolungamento delle porte dell'autoradio con un semplice accoppiatore jack femmina risulta adattabile a qualsiasi necessità.Nel mio caso ho inserito una mini chiavetta usb con un'ottimo carico di musica. Alla bisogna sempre con un cavetto di collegamento si può caricare lo smartphone.Unica cosa che non ho montato è il tappo di protezione che tende a non fare bloccare il dado di avvitamento.Non se ne avverte la mancanza.

Lo que me ha gustado es que una vez colocado, queda que parece de fabrica.Lo he utilizado para cambiar la radio 2 din del coche que no tenia opcion de MP3 por una rario 1 din alpine que tenia mas moderna.Lo unico que no me gusta es que no hay ni una hoja con un pequeño esquema de colocacion ya que solo hay una manera de colocar la bandeja porta objetos.Una vez colocado nadie diria que no es original del coche.Si un dia quiero poner una pantalla 2 din solo tengo que quitar la radio 1 din y la bandeja y poner la pantalla 2 din en su sitio.
