Can't really see a difference
I haven't really noticed that much of a difference since I started taking the pills, except for the first day I had them seemed to really "clear out the system" so to speak so maybe start taking them on a weekend so you don't get caught off guard. I probably won't be buying them again because I haven't seen any real changes, but it could be different for different people.
