They've definitely earned a loyal customer in me.
I listen to music every day, and I'm not gentle with my earphones. I was somewhat wary of buying these because I'm an audiophile, and no reviews pertaining to this product's sound quality had been posted at the time. I am very pleased with how these sound. I listen to all types of music, but because I'm primarily a metalhead, I always purchase earphones with heavy bass. The bass on these is heavy enough to happily headbang to while not overshadowing the rest of the sounds. The noise-cancelling feature also works surprisingly well. As for their build, they are sturdy; a bit more than is typical for earphones. I've tried many different types of earphones, from cheap to very expensive. These are now my go-to. I absolutely recommend them. You will be pleased.

Broken after 2.5 months
The sound from these was never very good and the volume control buttons never worked. I took these out running and biking but these lasted less time than any other pair of earphones I've ever had. They broke completely after just 2.5 months, so the wiring is not very durable. They also shocked me occasionally, just a tiny bit, but enough to make the experience while they were working pretty bad too.

Nach 5 Monaten funktionieren die Tasten nicht mehr. Meine Nachricht an den Verkäufer ist ohne jeglicher Reaktion geblieben. Keine Kaufempfehlung.

Kopfhören sitzen nicht gut im Ohr. Rutschen ständig raus. Sound ist ganz ok. Bass ist gut zu hören, wenn sie richtig drin sitzen

Metal is charged.
When charging a device I can hear static because of the charge running through the metal, clearly a safety hazard, and clearly not just white noise, since when I touch metal on my iPad it stops because I’ve completed the circuit.
