Wow - i am so impressed with this watch. As well as looking stylish the screen is really clear and the apps are really easy for a child to use. The facilities on this watch are amazing and I am amazed at how accurate the tracker is on it....it pinpointed right down to the exact address of the mother-in-law. My daughter absolutely loves it that she can now ring us and she can only ring or take calls from a number programmed into her contact list. Its a piece of mind. Even the husband is really impressed with this watch and he is fussy!I just also want to express my thanks to Bestie UK Ltd who went above and beyond excellent customer service to ensure that my little girl received this in time for her birthday. I have never dealt with such a great company. A big thankyou. Cannot highly recommend enough.

I ordered 2 of these watches for my children's birthdays. Did everything it said on the very limited instructions to set them up. They seemed to be working fine, so i switched them off and wrapped them up (after charging for 12 hours) On the next morning of my daughthers birthday, we had two very disappointed children. One watch would not hold its charge it was flat when she opened it and then when I tried to recharge it, nothing. The other which seemed to be working fine on the day, by the next day had stopped smart tracking and was no longer syncing with my phone. The other thing which I was really disappointed about, there's no actual phone number to call to ask for help. I did speak to one guy upon setting up the watches, as I needed to change the SIM cards to an 02 one. I emailed, He asked for my number and rang me back and was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when things started to go wrong and I asked for them to call me instead of going backwards and forwards over emails, they told me they would ring me the next day... 24/7 help? Maybe not then. I have since returned both watches through Amazon as they did not do what they said they would. To have a problem with one, would be bad luck, but to have a problem with both is maybe bad manufacturing. They got the one star because the watches looked great and had so much promise with all the features and the app was easy to use.

Good Watch Poor Customer Service
I bought this for my son for his 10th birthday. The instructions were straight forward, however, there was no information to set the time zone in the app. It took 3 frustrating hours to discover it needed 00.0 😳 in order for the correct time to show on the watch. The watch has a memo options this unfortunately does not allow you to send or receive text messages to the watch it only allows audio recordings to be sent/received. Choose your network provider wisely. The watch comes with an EE pay as you go sim, we’ve had the watch two months and with setting all the options to the least draining on data and making one or two very short phone calls (seconds not minutes) a from the watch uses £10 top up voucher a month. For school we use the disabling option to cover school hours accessed via the app which means the smart watch becomes a normal watch with the added benefit of counting a child’s steps (if that happens to be important). This was a condition from the Head Teacher to bring the watch into school. I would strongly encourage people to check with the Head Teacher before purchasing the watch. Overall we’re very happy with the watch the audio is clear the battery life is good but may reflect we use all the least draining options and easily lasts 4 days without a charge. You should know that if you require a password reset you can not do this yourself but have to go through Bestie. I have tried now for nearly 4 weeks to contact Bestie to request a password reset to take off the school disable option so my son could use it during the day in the school holidays. I’m still waiting despite several phone calls and voice messages being left with them and several items via e mail. I find it frustrating that as an end user I am unable to reset my own password and have to wait for someone to respond to my calls.

Ok, but..... Depends what you need, I suppose
I have mixed feelings about this product. It was bought for a 7 year old boy for his birthday.It does feel extremely plastic and it is clunky and big. I find the touch screen less responsive than I'd expect.It was quite difficult to set up for such a simple product. Instructions were poor and had me muddled. The app to communicate with the watch is very basic and a little cheap and nasty.The tracker now works well (after 2 days trying to set up and a 15 min call to EE). Call feature is excellent. Very clear microphone and speaker.Alarms are set and my son is very happy. Except that he wanted a watch with a camera. The Bestie does have a camera and he quite proudly took some photos this morning which were sent to the app on my phone.I can't figure out how to get them out of the app and onto my phone so I can print or send on. There doesn't seem to be any save or share command. (It doesn't do what other programs do like What's app etc and download a copy into your photos folder - or at least not on my phone).So I'm not sure if it is going to be any good for him or not. I've contacted Bestie via their Facebook page about my photo problem, but apart from the immediate "read the manual response" have yet to have a specific reply.This could be a fantastic product (especially the phone and tracking features) but is let down by the finish of the watch (slightly ropey graphics suitable for 3-4 year olds, slightly unresponsive touch screen, poor instructions and a very poor app). So 3 stars - could so easily have been 5 with a little more TLC.So update here. Apparently if you press on the picture you're supposed to get an option to save, but I don't have this on an iPhone SE. I have had another follow-up message, asking me what phone I'm using but that was last night and I've heard nothing else since.Has anyone else had a software problem?

Sto cercando di contattare il venditore da mesi per un problema di reset pwd ma non ricevo risposta, l’orologio è perfetto ma senza app è praticamente inutilizzabile.

Ça ne marche pas!
La montre est livrée avec une carte SIM mais ça ne FONCTIONNE PAS. Aucune explication à part aller avec des flash-codes sur internet, le tout en ANGLAIS! Du coup ça fait cher la montre qui ne fait QUEdonner l’heure, autres fonctions inutilisables! Aucun contact fourni pour avoir de l’aide! Des heures passées sur internet pour trouver soi-même une solution, problème non résolu ce jour...

Buon prodottoPRO: Impermeabile fino ad 1 metro, rubrica piuttosto lunga in modo da memorizzare i numeri di parenti ed amici, funzione per digitare un numero telefonico qualsiasi per le evenienze in cui un contatto non sia ancora memorizzazto in rubrica.CONTRO: La posizione è abbastanza accurata, ma piuttosto ritardata sulla applicazione (anche con invio della posizione ogni minuto). Il software dell'orologio ed ancor più quello del telefono devono migliorare ed essere più intuitivi.

Fatal. Venden el producto como si fuese 4G y vienen con cuentos que en Inglatera sí funciona con 4 G, y que sería porque mi SIM de Movistar no admite 4G (que obviamente sí funciona con 4G), Si pido una prueba de 4 G, sólo me preguntan “qué tipo de prueba quiero”. Yo digo vale, pásame una captura de pantalla del menú “tipo de red” indicando LTE (=4G) en lugar de UMTS:3 (que es 3G) y una foto de la caja que pone 4G en lugar de GSM(=2G) y que me manden un manual que dice que soporta 4G en lugar de : “Please note that this product supports 2G GSM @and 3G WCDMA. .....This locator does NOT support 4G”. Por cierto, están hablando de diferentes modelos: Bestie, Bestie 2 3G, BESTIE 2 4 G, Bestie 2 modelo 2018, pero en realidad todo es el mismo modelo: se llama A19 (mirarlo en youtube).Compré dos “BESTIE 2” y vienen SIN la tarjeta SIM, tampoco viene precintado y no hay ninguna palabra sobre 4G.Además, uno venía defectuasa: no detecta el SIM (y ya lo se, obviamente, la SIM no tiene PIN). La empresa BESTIE me contestó directamente que no hay problema. Sólo tenía que devolverlo ( pagando los 10 y pico de euros por el envío) y ellos me iban a devolver el importe del envío y mandarme un nuevo BESTIE 2. Pues ya lo tienen en sus manos hace una semana y no confirman ni me mandan nada. No responden a mis correos. Un timo total. No tienen teléfono y las formas de contactarles es por email o por Facebook ( Messenger ). Desafortunadamente no te contestan.... Sólo te contestan a preguntas fáciles, como “con qué app funciona”, pero aparentemente te ignoran si realmente tienes un problema con su producto. En fin, el producto no estaría tan mal, si no tuvieran este servicio de postventa tan malo. Por un localizador/smartwatch 3G el precio, en mi opinión, es bastante elevado, especialmente si el servicio postventa es lamentable. Por cierto, por el color de la correa no te preocupes; Amazon venden correas de silicona de 20 mm en diferentes colores (blanco, negro, naranja, verde, etc.) y son para niños.

TRES DECUE - PAS DE SAV - LE GPS NE FONCTIONNE PAS CORRECTEMENT
Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à faire fonctionner la carte sim dans cette montre, et nous avons tenté de joindre le SAV (uniquement par facebook et messenger). Nous avons eu la même réponse à chaque fois : consulter la notice (ahahah nous l'avions déjà !!). Personne ne nous appelle malgré notre demande.La montre est relativement grosse pour un enfant. Il n'y a pas de jeux. Le gps n'est pas fiable (pendant 2 jours notre fille était à 565 km de nous !!!) aujourd'hui elle s'est rapprochée : elle est à 7 km .... Bref, nous avions vu les avis plutôt positifs sur la montre de couleur bleue, c'est ce qui nous a fait pencher pour cet achat, mais au final, elle ne nous sert pas à grand chose. Conseil : opter pour une montre moins chère qui fonctionne correctement.Petit point positif : notre fille pouvait nous appeler hier .... mais aujourd'hui ca ne fonctionne déjà plus !!! IL EST OU LE SAV ??????
