Tried so many brands of high-street shampoo and they left my hair knotty and lank with dandruff but no shine or volume. This shampoo is beautiful to use, it creates a lovely lather in the hair and smells really nice, subtle and herbal rather than other strong, artifical-smelling products. It leaves my coloured hair really shiny, with no knots, and it makes it look pretty fresh even several days after a wash. It may be because of the ingredients, but it also doesn't cause itching of my scalp, unlike some other shampoos I've tried.
