Q: Can it work for me, i am completely bald?

Hi The fibres have to have hair 'stick' to - so no don't think it will work Sorry

I found the contents very helpful in covering hair loss. The packaging has a small bag inside to keep product dry and free from damp - the fibres don't actually 'flow' but are easy to transfer in to receptacle for easy dispersal on hair hope this helps

Q: How do you refill the original bottle. the old HG bottle doesnt open.

You will see a line around the circumference of the bottle just below where the perforations are. Take a knife and ease the blade into that line and wiggle. It's a faff because it's tight. But the perforated part slides out from the tube. BE CAREFUL NOT TO SLICE A FINGER OFF! I have topped my existing tub many many times. A great way to save a few quid and avoid waste.

Q: Does it work with afro curly hair and will it look natural

Any good quality hair fibre product will work on all types of hair. First style your hair but do not use any hair products. Then use the fibres on thinning areas. Fix your hair again to the desired style and use a good quality hair spray to seal the product. What I have found when using fibres on my husbands hair is that bad quality ones are like dust and comes of when it’s windy outside!
