Tool did not arrive with the rings.
I ordered this product for an upcoming project at work and when I opened the package the tool to perform the job is not there. Not sure who to get ahold of to remedy this issue.

Haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet
But looks like it should work fine. I loaded the gun with the c rings and it’s ready to use. If I have any problems I will update my review then. Otherwise I say this works as it should!

Kind of a pain to use
It works when it isn't jamming. It is also hard to use in a restricted space, you need a bit of room to work with.

Works great for some projects but not all.
The cage I was working on this did not work at all for most of it. Found that under some conditions it worked out great but everything has to be just right for it to work. When I was able to use it I loved it. Connected the two pieces of wiring together super fast. Just wish it could have worked for everything on that project.

Replaced my use of zip ties for fence mending
I have a hobby farm and all kinds of critters are constantly trying to get into the chicken coop. I needed to mend holes here and there and I just usually use zip ties but after a particularly rough season, I decided to put fencing on the ground as well since critters had dug under. This made things SO MUCH EASIER!!!!! It goes through the rings pretty quickly and occasionally gets stuck on the first or last in a new load but not enough to be upsetting. I’m soooooooo happy to have this in our little farm arsenal. Plus, joining with wire rings is going to last so much longer than zip ties! I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.

How did I live with out this for so long, no more tying fence up with string or other wire, to snag my clothes.
