RSPB My First Book of Garden Bugs

I bought this for my 5 year old son and he loves it. He has asked many times for us to read it together at bedtime! Bugs never need to be something your child fears or feels disgust for when you have a book that celebrates and explains them so well with such gorgous illustrations.I'm not exactly a fan of bugs and insects, but even I am looking forward to the spring and summer when we can take the book into the garden and try to spot some of these amazing creatures. Very educational and inspiring, it is clearly laid out and easy to follow, and a book that your child can learn to read for themselves.

I googled a bug book for upto 9yrs, lovely book for upto 6yrs. Please rethink the age of this book!

Fascinating for young child to be able to identify things they see in their own garden. Outstanding artwork and very informative.

little children seem to enjoy creepy crawlies? in different waysthis makes them more interesting and a little less scary

Present for my 3yr old grandson to go with his explorer outfit. He loves it. Pictures are lovely and he can't wait to do more exploring to find all the bugs
