Excellent non-stick properties. Much better than another brand I purchased locally. I assume because the holes are larger /closer together the bread can 'breathe' more and avoid the dough becoming soggy/ sticky. I know this sounds odd - but they did come away much easier when I compared them against my other ones at the same time!
