There was enough to make goodie bags for the kids, as well as treat bags. I had no issues with the quality.

Perfect Goodie Bags
For the price and the fact that they will prob go in the trash, let's be honest! I stuffed them half way and tied a ribbon on the top opening and it was fine! They looked so cute. We all loved it.
