This product is legitimately incredible!!! I personally brush my teeth two times in a row each time that I do brush my teeth. So I wet the toothbrush, put a little bit of toothpaste on it (for some added mint flavour) and then dip it in the activated charcoal powder. Then brush for 1-2 minutes (I rinse and then I brush my teeth again lightly with just toothpaste). The activated charcoal literally removes all stains on and around teeth, and is amazing at cleaning the tongue too!! Seriously I'm shocked (in a good way) at how effective it is considering how safe and gentle it is. It's a fairly medium container 60g but it will definitely last a long while. I use it every day and LOVE how clean my mouth is afterwards!! It's absolutely worth the buy because it will last a while, and it REALLY WORKS. Hope this helps!! :-) It comes with a bamboo charcoal toothbrush as well.
