I ordered these to help with my circulation and use it in conjunction with nattokinase. I’ve noticed a change in the walls of my blood vessels, so that’s good. I will probably stay on these another couple bottles, to get the best results.

Wasn’t sure how to rate this since I was only able to take it for 4-5 nights before I couldn’t handle the flushing anymore. I apparently have a sensitivity to niacin. Due to “long-haulers syndrome” I have issues with circulation and some neuropathy in my feet/lower legs and hands/forearms that I was really hoping to find a solution for. I also experience some rheumatoid-esque hands upon first waking up in the morning (it ties in, be patient xD), but hadn’t had that particular symptom for a couple of months. I started taking this circulation supplement and within an hour I got the niacin flush and it was miserable. But I continued on because I’d read that it’s usually only temporary and that taking an aspirin 30 mins before the niacin reduces the intensity of it. So I did that on the 2nd day and it was was still bad, many not as much though. Day 3 I repeated the regimen and on day 4 I woke up with the painful, swollen and stiff joints in my hands, which struck me off since I hadn’t done any sort of intensive fine motor activities the previous day. But I took the aspirin and supplement that day as well, still flushing. And when I woke up again with sore hands on day 5 I decided to not take the supplement for a couple days and see what happened. I haven’t woken up with bad hands again since, it’s been about a week. I’m not saying that it’s a cause/effect issue from the supplement ingredients or the supplement itself, but just putting in all of the assessments that I did so that people have the same information that I possess. From other reviews it looks like it does in fact help with the circulation and with little to no side effects. So I rated 3 stars because I’m just honestly not sure about it.

These are obviously a gamble and I lost. They did nothing for me but that’s not to say it won’t work for other people. I just don’t know how reliable OTC items that claim to do certain things are.On the plus side, I did not suffer from any ill effects.

My bad. I ordered this but had just discovered that I have some issues with horse chestnut. I mention this only if others already know if they have a sensitivity to HC. I had just tried another product for same reasons (swelling and leg circulation) and this product shipped to me after I was just starting to try the other. At first I had no reaction to the horse chestnut, then I noticed that I had a bit of nausea after taking it. I decided to wait and then try this one at a later date. Granted, this only has a fraction of the 600 mg that I was taking (this only has 25 mg), but still, I think I am going to wait as I already have some other gut issues going on. I do like and take most of the other ingredients in this product. Other reviewers seem to be just fine with this! Again, all these supplements are subject to the individuals taking them. (3 stars rated as average only. Go by your own gut on this!)

I suffer from restless leg syndrome at times. I have no idea what brings it on, but my doctor suggested that I take a supplement that contains hawthorn, ginger root and other ingredients like what is in the Elevate Recovery Supplement for vein and leg circulation. When I came across this product, I just knew I needed to try it and I am so glad that I did. The suggested use is one capsule taken one to three times a day. Since I don’t experience the restless leg syndrome every day, I decided to just take one capsule daily and see what happened. I was pleasantly surprised that after taking the vein & leg circulation support for about 10 days, that I had no jumpy legs at night. That was certainly enough to convince me that this product works! I will probably experiment with taking the supplement on and off and see how that goes. I don’t like to take pills, even natural pills on a constant basis if not necessary. Since the bottle contains 180 capsules, this will last a very long time. I am pretty impressed so far!

It is too early to say anything about the efficacy of the product. I occasionally get leg cramps and thought it might help. These are regular sized capsules, not too big or small, easy to swallow with no aftertaste. About 1/4 inch thick and 3/4 inch long. The ingredients lists gelatin from bovine (cows) so that makes them non vegan in case u r looking for vegan options. One thing I didn’t like was that I was able to lift the cap with the seal still intact but to my relief there was another seal on the bottle opening still intact.
