Q: Is this all I have to buy to set this up? Meaning, I don't need to buy any other parts, dispensers, filters, etc?

O other parts needed. If you are replacing a standard fountain you may need to switch the plumbing up a little. Also make sure you have power as well.

It depends on the exact model number of the "top portion" that you have already purchased. You may be able to simply buy the Elkay EZS8L, but I would not recommend buying it UNTIL you have ascertained that it is compatible with your top portion.
