I have a very oily skin that is prone to breakouts. I put my makeup in the morning and by lunch time my face is shiny and awful. Because of my oily skin I also have some trouble with acne for which I use roaccutane in liquid form (just the type you put on your face overnight and then wash it off in the morning not the one in tablets) Whilst roaccutane works great for my acne it also leaves my skin a bit dry and flakey so I end up with dry skin that is also very oily at the same time. Because of that I need to use some sort of moisturiser but then again most of them clog my pores and cause breakouts so I feel like I can't win here. I feel like this moisturiser solved most of my skin problems to be fair. One of my friends recommended it and I decided to give it a go. The product has a lovely smell and a gel like consistency. You need only a small amount so it lasts for a while. After applying it on face it feels very refreshing and like a relief for my skin. It is absorbed quite quickly. It is the only moisturiser that keeps my skin flake and oil free at the same time. It helps with shine a lot and it does not cause me to have breakouts. I trully love this product and would recommend it to anyone with similar problems to mine.

I bought this as an alternative to the simple mattifying moisturiser that was discontinued.It will now be my go to one, my skin feels moisturised and soft but not greasy. I've noticed it's helped with blemishes and I've not have any new break outs.There is no smell that I can tell, and as someone who has oily skin around their noise but dry patches elsewhere this does a really good job.I've already ordered two more tubes.

Really light and fresh feeling.As others have said, definitely more of a gel than a cream, meaning you only need to use a small amount to cover your face. I find with this product that less really is more.It absorbs in seconds, leaving my skin looking matte and smooth. It gives my skin an almost velvety texture which I love.Too early to tell if it helps with my acne and uneven skin tone, but it certainly doesn't aggravate or inflame my skin. I'll update my review in a few weeks with further thoughts on this.My pores look less visible instantly, and it gives me the confidence to go easier on the heavy foundation and concealer combo I usually have to trowel onto my face.The only downside is that it certainly doesn't last 8 hours. I have to touch up my T - zone after just 4! However, the bottle/tube is small enough to keep in my handbag for emergencies.The smell is sweet and pleasant too.All in all, a wonderful little product!Update!After using the product for a while I started discovering dry flaky patches around my nose. These burned a little when applying the gel.I believe this was down to me using twice daily.I've only knocked one star off for this reason, as I believe that for occasional use it works great.

I bought this product as I have very oily skin, and all other moisturisers only seem to make the issue worse. This product is great - after 2 weeks use I have noticed a huge difference!I use after cleansing and toning my face (with other Garnier skin active products), and then apply before I use makeup. It keeps the oil at bay for longer than 8 hours. Makeup stays on for much longer and my skin doesn't feel dried out. After my nightly cleanse, I use something slightly more hydrating (Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream Moisturiser).I would certainly recommend a trial of this! It's great value and is feels much better than other, more expensive moisturisers.

I have problematic skin that's very oily, acne-prone and sensitive. This moisturiser is great as it does not irritate my skin and it is very light. However, my skin feels more oily after i've used it and it also clumps together.
