ValupakGlucosamine & Chondroitin Tablets 90/Pk

I ve used Glucosamine and chondroitin for years, great stuf. Not an instant pain killer like paracetamol but can help your joints if taken on a regular basis.Great offer only thing I they're tablets. I've had a the same item from a pharmacy and they were capsules. These were bought for my aging dog good thing I've got a tablet cutter although tablets not to big.I bougt 2 pots so theyd last a while. I manage to fit one pots conrence into the other so I think Valupak should sell 180 tablets for the same price.A lttle warning with glucosamine, its made from crushed shell fish so avoid if your allergic to shelfish

Easy to swallow and no aches and pains.

Excellent value pack, I have no qualms about the product. Only thing that would improve it is to make the packaging more eco friendly ie bamboo card box or something, not a plastic tub but that's not why I've removed a star. I removed a star because I've brought this as a single item purchase and it was great! So I return to do the same again to now be met with a minimum quantity of at least 4 tub to be able to repurchase! Thats ridiculous! And very greedy, two would of been bad enough but I could of maybe gone for that but four? Really? No I won't be buying again for that reason unless they at least lower the minimum quantity to 2 then ill purchase again. Such a shame as the item itself was great and it arrived quickly too, very disappointed.

These do what I hoped they would. Around 11 years ago after an accident I did some major damage to my right ankle, and although it healed there has always been some stiffness, weakness and a "clicking" noise if I rotate my right foot.I've taken this type of supplement for a long time and it has certainly helped in keeping things more comfortable and flexible with my ankle. The Valupak tablets in formulation are little different to the far more expensive brands. Plenty of them for the money and easy to swallow as they're not too big. They do what I need them to do is really all I can say.

Recently had lots of problems with a knee ‘clicking’ most of the time I bent it – even when I was in bed and there was no pressure on it.Problems walking down hill and feeling my knee will give way.Even just resting my knee so it was straight, and then when I tried to bend it the knee would feel as though there was something ‘blocking’ its movement just behind the kneecap. And I would have to slowly straighten it.Been using these for a few weeks and the knee is a LOT better. Less ‘clicks’, less pain. It is still not as good as it was a few months ago but it is better.

Nothing to dislike

Seem to be helping with my tennis elbow very pleased

I take these as part of my supplements for my joints and I am glad that I do because they do help with joint ache along with my other vitamins.
