Well not quite. But..... My anxiety has really ramped up over the past months. I've had the prescription drugs in the past. With some I'm a zombie and not at all with it. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. I tried 350g Theanine from another supplier and it wasn't for me. Too high a strength. Then came across this one and thought I'd give it a try. Am I glad I did. Stops the head chatter about 10 minutes after taking. And if your anxiety wakes you up in the middle of the night (Best time for catatastrophizing) one of these sorts me out. Long may it last.

I have found Suntheanine to be much more effective for me than regular theanine. This brands uses no toxic binder or fillers, and is certified to contain the correct quantity of active ingredients. I have used at least 8 bottles, and each and every time it is effective and helps with sleep and to prevent the caffeine jitters.

I have had these before and they are fine hence a 2 star. Unfortunately this time they weren't. Third party seller and on a consumable product it's unacceptable to have the use by date ripped off. Container label was in poor, worn condition. You can't return these but Amazon were great with no quibble refund.
