Took a chance in purchasing a shoe-related item online and am not disappointed at all. These inserts are very comfortable and the sizing is spot on. They do not make the slippers too tight at all. Received in excellent time and the package was delivered to an area at our front door that was visible to us, but not so visible from the street. A positive experience all around.
