Hi all,This product made life easier, but it is not "plug & play".The lead was installed in a Land Rover Discovery 3 with the CD-400 single CD player & no amplifier. I found the wiring diagram of the radio on-line, after some time, and had to match the connectors in the lead to make things work.The lead was used to install a Parrot blue-tooth handsfree kit -  Parrot MKi9000 Bluetooth Handsfree and Music Kit With A2DP iPod Connection USB I had to swop some wires in the connector to suit my radio. This was done by inserting a small pin (paperclip should work) next to the connector pin in the connector (from the front - not the wire side) to release the little "barb-clips".I also had to source an "ignition switched" positive wire, as the standard installation wiring in the vehicle does not include one. They probably simulate it with the on-board computer via the network; however there is no output to tap into. I sourced it from the cigarette lighter (which only works with the ignition on and does the job). This was the only wire I had to cut in the supplied lead to connect the positive.The connectors are pretty big and there was no space inside the area for the radio to fit additional connectors. These were pushed to the sides and now live in the space next to the two front ventilation supply "ducts".None of the "mute-leads" in the Parrot wiring are used as the radio/music mutes when a call comes in without them.I saved a couple of bucks by doing the installation myself, but it took me some time as I'm no electrical expert.Cheers!
