I purchased as a carry-on bag for a week-long international trip. I was able to pack a capsule wardrobe, shoes, travel-sized toiletries, Amazon Fire tablet, water bottle, snacks, wallet, phone, cables/chargers, ear pods, scarf, passport, mini umbrella... everything I needed for the trip in this bag. On the return trip I also crammed in several thin books I purchased.Recently, I started using it as my work bag, but have only used this bag perhaps 10 times, so bear that in mind. I'm a teacher but go from classroom to classroom, so I cram it with my laptop, charger, ear pods, pencil case, folders, notebook, and a purse.Some nice features:It has a "secret" zip pocket on the back which is excellent for your passport, money, etc because it is discreet and can not be accessed by pickpocketsThe front has two convenient zipped pockets, one perfect for keys, work id badge, and ear pods. The second is perfect for my eye glass and sun glass cases.There are four compartments inside. The first is thin and great for wet items. The second is large and deep for clothing and toiletries or folders, notebooks, and office supplies.Within this is a shoe pocket, which keeps shoes separated from clothing.Then there's a laptop pocket, which is well padded.Even fully loaded, the backpack is well balanced and stays compact. The straps and back are well padded and comfortable. There are buckles you can use to further compress the bag so it will fit within the carry-on specifications, and one to strap around your middle to provide support your back and shoulders.The material is water resistant and durable. I purchased the gray color. It looks clean and crisp.

Used this for a personal item on a trip to DC and carried daily. Had zero issues and it still looks new. The area for a water bottle is very narrow so it wouldn’t fit mine. Just need to plan for a slimmer bottle. Was able to fit complete change of clothes, extra pair of shoes, snacks, rain jacket and umbrella. Did not carry a laptop but there was a dedicated pocket for it. Would buy again.

Two days before I left for vacation, I saw an ad for a pretty expensive backpack that I probably would’ve bought, but it was not going to make it in time. So I screenshot that backpack and image searched on Amazon and it led me to this version which was much, much cheaper that the one I saw in an ad. I figured with it being cheaper it would not be very good when it arrived. I was wrongI was so freaking impressed with it. My husband said he wished he would’ve had me get the gray one for him. I have a smaller frame and it did not make me look like a child with an adult backpack on.Definitely recommend, especially based on the cost.

I like it, the price, the quality

So far I love this. I've used it multiple times for travel. I've managed to pack for a long weekend in Mexico and still have room to bring back stuff I bought. Lots of convenient pockets, built on strap to slide over your luggage handle to keep it on top of your roller back and even a port to add a charger for electronics. No problems bringing this on as my personal item so far. It's just small enough you can put it under the seat on the plane.

This backpack has gone to 8 countries and 59 flights in the 2 years I've owned it. I am so pleased with this purchase. It's held up through all of it. I have thought about replacing it, but this thing has been squashed, shoved, pulled, dragged and it's held up.

This is a great bag. I have used it many times with NO problems. I had been warned that it might not fit in the space under the seat in front of me in an aisle seat. No problem and I travel on Spirit and Allegiant. The trolley strap slides nicely onto the handle of a larger bag. The pockets on the front serve as my "purse" and my canvas cross-body that is my actual purse folds up in the back compartment. I can fit all of my in-flight needs into the various pockets. The main thing is that I'm not crippled having to lug a heavy tote bag on my shoulder through the airport. It rolls very smoothly.

I have purchased this backpack 4 different times for myself and my kids for travel purposes overseas. It has held up great and has tons of storage. The padded straps are comfortable for all ages to wear and it is excellent value for the price.
