I bought this knowing that, at this price, it was not going to be real cowhide. Frankly, I didn't care. I received it this week and have only used it for 3 days now, so I may need to update this review in the future. But, at this point, I am very happy. Here's why: I like to use a horizontal holster for my iPhone X. I also have my phone in a small, thin, leather case, actually the one Apple sells. So, when I got my new phone, I ordered one of those expensive cases made of heavy cowhide from one of the online leather establishments with a well-advertised and well-recognized name. That was a great case except for the fact that, after only about a month's use, the belt clip had sprung, so the darned thing fell off my belt every time I got into my car, or got out, or sat down at a restaurant, etc. You get the picture. I went looking for something that had belt loops, to make sure the thing wouldn't have a useless sprung clip. This holster, while not being heavy leather (probably that fake leather looking stuff), does have a belt clip but also has a snap flap that comes up from below, is easy to position and snap, and keeps the holster from being pushed off the belt every time you move. So, if the clip suffers metal fatigue and gets permanently sprung, it won't matter, because the snap flap will secure it. Now, I'll come back and update if the fake leather tears and shows the nicks and cuts that fake leather sometimes does. In the meantime, my phone isn't falling off every time I move and the expensive holster is in the trash.I'm using this holster with a belt that is 1 1/8th inches wide. It doesn't look like it would accommodate a belt wider than that. Also, my phone, with slim leather phone case on, fits loosely in this holster. It could handle a little bigger phone/case combination. Even though the holster is not holding the phone/case tightly or snugly, the magnetic closure seems tight and strong enough for me to have confidence, so far, that the holster is not going to open and drop my phone out.Addition on 10/28/2018:Okay, I’ve been using it for about six months now. Time to update my review.First, I’m not so sure the thing is not genuine leather. It’s not super thick and heavy but it looks and feels to me such that, as I said, I’m not sure. One thing I am sure about: it’s not showing those detestable little white nicks and cuts and chips that I’ve always hated about fake leather ... and I’m tough on these things. I drive a very low-slung sports car. So, every time I get in or out, I put some real stress on the snap strap and belt clip. So far, so good.Second, the spring clip that hooks on your belt has not “sprung”; has not failed, like they so often do on these holsters. And, the snapping strap hasn’t torn or otherwise worn or failed, either. Quality product. I just bought another one that I’ll throw in my drawer to have on hand when I destroy this one eventually.

I usually carry my phone in my pocket, but sometimes the outline of the phone can look bad, such as with some slacks and evening wear. This fits the bill nicely. It fits my iPhone XS with an Otterbox Symmetry case perfectly. Clip and loop belt attachments and a nice material make it attractive when worn that way.

This is the best holster case i’ve found for my iPhone X with the Apple silicone case. What I like about it is that it mounts very securely on my belts and it is very easy to transfer from one belt to another without having to undo my belt from my pants. I wear my iPhone on my left side and it would require to pull my belt out just about all the way to transfer it to another pair of pants if it weren’t for the way it is designed. I would not recommend using a case with only a clip. The ones with belt loops and a clip are a pain to transfer to another pair of pants.

I really like the leather material and the way the phone case is made. It fit my iPhone 11 perfectly. I have used a number of different iPhones and cases over the years and it was usually the material over the clip that came apart or unsown. The exterior material held up fine but the metal inside making the clip broke after about 3 months. For a more expensive case it should have lasted longer.

I was thrilled to find out my yuzihan phone holster was still available. Amazon says I ordered my last holster in 2018. It is hard to believe how good it has been for 4 years and had become a part of me in daily life. It doesn't get any than this.

I bought this for my new iPhone X which has a clear bumper case on it. I am so pleased that this holster is a perfect fit! The phone doesn’t move around and I can still retrieve my phone with no problems at all. One of the nicest holsters I’ve had, and I’ve had a number over the years.

The holster dialed the SOS feature in my phone twice when stooping or bending down. The first time it dialed 911 while getting into my truck. ( I had a very pleasant conversation with the 911 operator). Because of this I quit using it and purchases an upright holster that protects those side buttons better.

Fits the the iPhone 11 Pro with Apple leather case fits perfectly. Soft ?leather? case with micro fibre on the inside. How long it will last, who knows, but for the price it doesn't really matter. Great value for the price.
