Bought this item for my grandson, it caused great interest all around the family, the men were particularly energised by who could grip the hardest! Good as an unusual prezzy.

I have a problem with my elbows and so I need more strength in my lower arms to compensate, so I bought these. They are good for the money. Not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable either. Watch out for the max torque on these at 40kg. It seems a lot but I have mine dialed up to about 85% just to start with and I do not have strong hands, so a bigger person or a stronger person might want to look for a different set.When is use the pivot point takes a lot of strain and I am not sure if it will last but for now they seem fine for my needs.

I bought these because I've had wrist problems with arthritis and tendonitis and wanted to strengthen my wrists .They seem to work quite well and the tension adjusters are easy to use .

Started kayaking and wanted to strengthen wrists and grip. I noticed a difference in the definition in my forearms and grip after using these for about five minutes per day for a couple of weeks. One small criticism is that the noise of the spring sometimes freaks me out and feels like it could slip at stronger settings. Reasonably well built for the price all the same.
