While not in use the whole unit can be stowed neatly away making it flush with the work surface. 3 x UK plug sockets and 2 x USB (5V DC 2 x 1000mA, previously 500mA) power sockets in a stainless steel housing that neatly slots away into a fully retracted position. Easily fitted into work surfaces with a 102 - 105mm diameter hole. Fully retracted, the fitting requires 37cm down from the top of the cupboard. New stock of this item now features a matching stainless steel housing ring. Previous models have a painted silver ring. New stock also has updated USB power rating at 5V DC 2 x 1000mA, previous models were 5V DC 500mA x 2.
