I used to fill gaps outside garage doors. Easy to use and good adhesion

Used to cover a strip of exposed timber on my hardwood conservatory, carried out the task on a hot day so this probably made the job easier. The adhesive layer is the same colour as the foil and matches reasonably with the existing lead flashing, it stuck where it touched and wasn’t particularly easy to reposition but could be done with care. The product moulded well with the contours I was sticking it to and I would guess it’ll be there for the long term, I’ll do another review in 10 years and let you know! Compared with similar products it was good value. Recommended

dose the job & a good quality product

I bought this for a specific job I was going to do but before I even started the planned job I discovered a split in my rainwater butt and unfortunately it was in the most difficult of places, so with nothing to lose and no expectation of success I used the tape and was amazed that it's worked with no problem at all and I've more than recouped the initial cost and I've still got the original repair to perform

The Flash band 'Soudal Butyband' purchased did the job expected that is, sealing a few holes in the 'Roofing Felt' in the loft, except I could have done with another TWO pairs of hands to hold down, sticky tape & cut the required length needed instead of sticking to my scissors, fingers & the felt all at once & the OCKWARDNESS position in general.Never the less very useful.ThanksRobert

Easy to use and sticks like glue, make sure you keep it flat when removing backing as once it sticks together no getting it apart. Looks robust just need some rain to test it
