Daisy: Eat Your Peas: A deliciously funny story for cheeky children everywhere: 1 (Daisy Picture Books)

My 6 year old daughter loves this book. She also doesn't like peas so finds it very funny. She also loves counting everything that the mum lists. A great book

Great story. 2 year old finds it funny. Illustrations are amazing, like how each time Daisy’s mum offers a bribe a picture of the item appears next to the text and as she offers more bribes her image gets smaller. The image of daisy gets bigger each time she is offered a new bribe.

This is a wonderful book. Children seem to be completely drawn into it and want it again and again. Facial expressions in the book are perfect as is the repetitiveness of the story.

Good fun story for children

Always a hit in the classroom. Kids love it!

The story of the girl who will NOT eat her peas and the mom that tries every bribe she could think of, started to get a little long... and then ended very cleverly. The daughter tries to make a deal. Ok Mom, you eat your brussel sprouts and I'll eat my peas... and the issue of the girl eating her peas is over. :) Ha! I guess we all have something that we don't want to eat- no matter what. Not sure if I love the idea of introducing my children to the idea of refusing to eat certain foods (we have a "must try everything rule" at our house), but I could also relate. Cute book.

Very enjoyable

Oh what a lovely, lovely fun book. I've never seen my 2 1/2 year old grandson laugh so much or so heartily. A real fun purchase with a moral included. He even took the book off me and proceeded to read it to me just by following the fabulous graphics. Great purchase.
