I recently moved back to the US and my body is NOT handling the return to ultra-processed food, non-organic food well. I am often backed up for days, feeling bloated and stuffed.This probiotics is one of a few pre and pro-biotics that has gotten me back to normal. I "test" all my probiotic supplements with the milk test and this one actually did have active live cultures, so you can feel confident that it will help your gut with healthy bacteria.I take two right (double the normal dosage) before a meal and it helps keep me regular.

My holistic doctor (who is also a midwife) recommended this brand ... I have taken 0-6 per day myself for the past 3 yearsGreat for those who live dairy-free and is clear of taxing preservatives and sweeteners that are found in many other forms of probiotic.I open the capsules and put it in my son's (now 18 months) OJ or his Kefir but he also doesn't mind the taste of the powder by itself. I started giving it to him when he was 2 months old ... he was getting tummy aches after EVERY feeding (even though it was just breast milk!)I will always remember the first time I gave it to him - he was crying loudly over the pain in his stomach after having eaten, I put a single fingerful on his tongue and about 30 seconds later he was as calm as they come!!Love, love, love this product.

I bought this probiotic formula because it was cheaper than many of the others on here. It also did not require refrigeration, although, I don't think most do nowadays. Given its price, I was unsure of what to expect.While price was an issue, the real reason I bought this formula is that I suspected I was "bound" up. After 2 months of regular working out and fairly steady dieting, I was not losing weight.My results were within 24 hour. Turns out I was bound up. Bound up to the tune of about six pounds lost after 36 hours use.My one WARNING: Is that in my case, this did cause some urgent bowel movements.

Started taking 2 a day then slowly increased to 4 and then 6 a day in order to help come out negative in my group b strep test so I wouldn’t need antibiotics during labor. The week prior to testing I opened a capsule and poured it over a thin pad and let it sit overnight. I did all of this a month before the group b strep test since I wasn’t able to obtain the sbo probiotics I originally took with my previous pregnancy. These worked just the same if not better! Came out negative :)

I have chronic constipation and I have been trying to figure why it happens so often for me. I've been drinking lots of water and eating my veggies, but I sometimes still have trouble in the toilet. It might be because I usually don't get enough sleep. I regularly sleep like only 4-5 hours with my job and education. I then heard that maybe my gut lacks the good bacteria since I don't drink milk or eat any cheese or yogurt so I decided to try this product out after much research.I've been taking this product for a two weeks now and so far it's been pleasant when visiting the toilet. I'll update my review in the coming months to see if my chronic constipation stops.*****Update 04/21/2013*****After a month and a half of using this product, I really have no more problems using the restroom. Life is good.

I was a little nervous to purchase, because I have to be on Probiotics for some time, maybe even the rest of my life because of some FDA drugs that really destroyed my internal body. I read all I could on here about these, and took the risk. These say you don't need to refrigerate, which was the only reason I didn't want to buy because all of the ones I purchased prior were always refrigerated. Works just as well as ones you buy in a health food place, just less expensive. Great purchase. I need to switch off probiotics, (advice from my acupuncturist) but will definately come back to these in circulation!

Used it for a week and it made my blood pressure go up and caused stomach cramps, waste of time and money.
