Nexxgen Sports Apparel Compression Arm Sleeve (Single)- 40 Styles and Colors

I purchased this item after breast cancer surgery as a recommendation from my oncologist to prevent lymphedema while flying. I ordered the pink/black/white because of the breast cancer colors.The item arrived on time and was well packaged. The colors are vibrant and the design was exactly as shown in the photos. The material is silky smooth and of good quality. The upper arm band is a silicone rubber type material to keep it in place.The drawback, and this was a deal breaker for me: the size chart provided by the seller (next to the size drop down box) doesn't have a reference for this item, so I went with the size/height information listed on the bottom of the description, and decided to purchase a Large (I'm 5'7"). The sleeve was long enough, but it was really tight on my upper arm to the point of being uncomfortable.I demonstrated the fit to my oncologist and he said the tightness would not allow adequate circulation to prevent lymphedema. He wrote me a prescription and sent me to a medical store for a proper fitting sleeve.

Have a plain black sleeve that fits and stretches nicely. This one is not the best fit or best feeling. The black one I have stretches and conforms to my arm, looks and feels great, this one conforms to my arm a bit but is a bit loose on my wrist.Not a fan of this type of fabric whatever it is. It feels too close on the rubbery end where as my black sleeve feels cottony soft.Cool visual design though. 😅

Thought these were wonderful at first. I bought a few of them actually, all different size, because I didn't know which one was going to fit right. This one is the biggest of all that I (XL) ordered. I'll start by saying this...my arms,are in no way classified as big, ok? Lol. The first couple times wearing this, it did it's job. I work construction, and have tattoos on one of my arms, so to protect it from the sun, I bought these. After about the third time wearing this specific one, I noticed the top seam is coming apart. I'm very disappointed, and won't be wearing this one again. I'm going to reach out to the company and hopefully it was just bad luck and got a bad stitch and can get a replacement. Ironically, the L and M, I've had no issues with. Will update after contacting seller.

nice sleeve, but the small is not for a 6 yr old. It would fit a teen/pre-teen. Guess I will just hold on to it for a while. Seems like these are a hit and miss when ordering for younger kids.

I am a traditional archer and bowhunter. Loose fitting sleeves can catch my bowstring and deflect the arrow. I place my leather arm guard on my forearm then put on this full length sleeve. The upper arm portion of the sleeve is compressed and there is a smooth transition over the upper end of the arm guard. It arrived a few days ago and has worked perfectly through three practice sessions. It doesn't slide down, light, ventilates, camo compatible with my garb, makes no noise, and as real plus is reasonably priced. Glad I bought two!

This sleeve is great! I am 5'7"" & this sleeve fits great. It extends up to my upper arm about 2" from my armpit. I now this sounds crazy but I use it when playing with my Rat Terrier Dog. He grabs my arm like a cat, therefore I constantly get sliced by his needle sharp dew claws! My arms always look terrible with all the cuts and wounds from him! This sleeve is what I came up with to help defend my poor lower arms from getting clawed to death. It works well!Also, this sleeve looks awesome when on! Very bright/colorful.

I find these compression sleeves to be very good quality. The material breathes while not feeling thin or cheap. I have very large muscular arms so I went with a large for max compression. These help my elbow and overall arm endurance. Color options are top notch as well. Seller shipped very quickly. 5 stars here

I bought it right after my lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy to prevent lymphedema. It's very stylish and cute, but doesn't have enough compression. Also, the top band is kind of flimsy and uncomfortable. I'd wear it to a football game, but I don't recommend it for anyone who has lymphedema or even as a prevention (when flying on an airplane). You really need to be custom fitted for this type of use. Stick with brands recommended by your post surgery therapy technician or oncologist.
