My normal size is a medium so I bought that initially, but upon arrival I tried it on and it wasn't quite fitted the way I wanted it to be. I'm 5'8" with true hourglass figure, small waist and wider hips. The medium had a lot of slack at the waist and even at the shoulders and arms. I sent it back for the small and it fits exactly the way a medium should have fit were it true to size.So if you are going for a more looser fit, get your actual size or even size up. But if you want the more fitted look, go down one full size. If you're petite, might even need to go down two sizes.Aside from that, this can be worn over other workout clothes or as a top. For gym, athleisure or even casual. It's all up to you, the individual. I got the purple color. It's more like an earthy purple? Stylish, very stretchy and comfortable. Offers good compression to the arms as well.

This would a 5 star but the sleeves are annoying.I'm an Normally a Large, however it was a bit tight(I have wide back). Try to size but I've gained a tad bit of weight in my stomach to it would squeeze out my love handles more that I wanted.I reordered an XL, perfect fit. Gives you the snatched weight and was comfortable but omg the sleeves are so big. Who gains that much from a L or XL around your wrists??? It didn't make any sense. Luckily I push my sleeves up high anyways, I work in the medical field so that's why I bought this cute jacket vs scrub tops so its smart to always have your sleeves out of the way but for other uses I would not wear these sleeves normal bc they look huge and not in the oversized cute way.

I got a perfect size for me and it fit well however the quality is poor as the side ripped a bit which is unfortunate because it looks really good. I wouldn’t suggest buying this item.

I'm 5'10 & usually wear a medium. This in a large was extremely short & tight. My daughter who wears small and is 5'8 got it instead fits her, but sits at the hip bones.
