Had cataract surgery and needed to instill medicated drops all the time.Due to age my hands are shaky and needed a way to safely do drops.This was perfect. Just sits on bridge of nose to steady hand and keep from accidentally poking bottle in eye.

I highly recommend this soft rubber eye drop guide.I recently had eye surgery in both eyes and now require multiple drops in both eyes for many weeks to come. Prior to my surgery I've been very drop-resistant and squeamish about anything having to do with my eyes, including drops. I've never been able to do my own drops before this.But the surgery blasted through all that resistance - i have no choice but to be better about drops. So, I've overcome my fears and just deal with it.And this product helps a lot! I actually got two of these, one for each eye, simply because my doctor is concerned about any contamination or infection between two different eye drops.I insert the eyedrop bottle into this cool thing, use a hand-mirror in one hand, lie flat on my back, put this on my nose, use the mirror to make sure it's properly positioned, keep my eyes open with my eye looking away from the drop...and squeeze.Almost never miss the target. Get the drop where it's supposed to go.I had tried a few other products I saw on here, but this has proven to be the easiest, most comfortable, and consistent for this eye-drop scaredy-cat. 5 stars!!

This device works great with one of my prescriptions but is too large for one of my eyedrop bottles.

A well designed piece that really helps. I've been using this device to help put drops in my eyes after eye surgery. I find it very useful and even use it to support my bottle. Just place the cutout on the bridge of your nose and it perfectly aligns the dropper over your eye. No worries about accidentally touching your eyeball.

The structure of the guide is helpful to align with the eye. However, the design thickness of the bottom half makes it a challenge for older adults with limited hand strength to squeeze the bottle.

This is an effective device. It delivers a drop accurately when used properly.My caveat is ...you have to adjust where it is placed based on your facial proportions.I have to slide it down about an inch from the bridge of my nose in order to get a dropin the right spot.

It works once you get used to it.
