Well after opening the box my fears flow away, it is exactly just described, so I got just as expected. The mirror look stainless steel shower head is eyecatching and looks durable. It is very easy to mount, there is no need for handyman.The main product itself is just fantastic, do not imagine something like shower head in a classical way, water flows firmly from all noozles- I did not even count how many there are, but guess above hundred- like soft rain on your body ,it is very pleasant and relaxing. Sometimes I just turn on my radio, close my eyes and rest for a couple of minutes, that's the way to clear your mind and enjoy a shower.My dyed tress claims more attention as my wife”s shorter hair, so I became the beneficiary of the shower cap, which serves very well, when there is no need for hairwash. On the other hand my wife likes the shower sponge, so we divided them right after the first use.So far we are totally satisfied with our purchase- hope it will last as long as the old one had.Low price, quality product. No doubt, 5 star!

Poor Quality
Purchased on January 6th 2018, as of March 10th 2018, the seams have split open and water leaks everywhere. Really poor quality, I sent an E mail the the customer support and received 0 help with this issue. I would discourage anyone from purchasing this shower head, spend a little more and get a name brand model..

The new ornament of my bathroom
I am a frequent buyer on amazon, but usually I do not write reviews, I am not that kind of person. If I do, it might be one of the extremes- something WOW or something AWFULL. This time we are talking about previous case- I can truly say this 12 inch shower head from KUHL is just something WOW.From technical part: As an engineer in county’s metallurgy I had the possibility to check the durability and quality of the product’s material. Just to be sure, I have done it. Hereby you will find the results: this shower head is made integrity from one type of solid stainless steel, all over the body having the same quality and same properties- except the nozzles, those are silicone, not my specialization😊 This type of stainless steel complies the highest standard of quality- classified with code 304, this material is used for example at production of medical tools or aeronautics as well.From user’s point of view: it just looks brilliant, feels heavy, all of the edges with exquisite cut, the shape like “Venus de Milo”- perfect. Right after opening the box you will understand what I mean. The box itself, the user guide, shower cap, sponge, organization, altogether radiates luxury and quality.Imagine a normal, inexpensive smartphone, and compare it with an iPhone. This was my feeling after unboxing and checking the whole content of the package. If iPhone is the king of cellular, then KUHL is the king of shower heads, if iPhone deserves 5 star, KUHL deserves 5 star as well

Divine...until DEFECTIVE
For four blissful months I was ENAMORED by this showerhead. Quite honestly, showering was one of my favorite moments of the day—so tranquil and lovely was the perfectly pressurized rainfall. Then, without warning, my showerhead suddenly split apart, with water pouring like a waterfall from the new opening. To make matters worse, I contacted Amazon and they keep directing me to Kuhl clothing company rather than Kuhl, manufacturer of bath hardware. I simply want my defective showerhead replaced with a new, properly functioning showerhead! (What does a girl have to do to achieve this?!)

Great Customer Service!
The shower head looks very good and works very well. But after 3 months, it started to rust, mostly along the edges. I thought that's not good, so I wrote in to let the seller know about the problem. They replied kindly and graciously offered to send a replacement immediately. This is very nice of the seller and shows that they have - Great Customer Service!

Great shower head if you have the extra money to put into your water bill
Absolutely wonderful it truly feels like a soft rain I loved everything about it! However I did not love the fact that my water bill increased by over $300. Each quarter. This is an extra 1200. Out of my budget for a shower.. This is not a water saving showerhead even though is says it is in the description.

Really awesome until it broke after a month
I received a shower head that broke shortly after I installed it, but the Kuhl company worked hard to correct the issue. It's a fantastic shower head - not a ton of pressure but enough to feel clean and refreshed. Their customer service is great, too!

After 5 months still working wonderfully
I have had this shower head for 5 months now and it still works wonderfully. I love that it is big enough to cover my whole body and after a good workout or a day kayaking it feels great to stand under. I don't write a lot of reviews unless the product is bad but I really enjoy this shower head and recommend it.
