I suppose I should have realised it would happen, but the colour came out of these when I washed them on a 60c wash, which was rather annoying! They do not dry glasses as well as my current tea towels, but maybe they will get better.

They are wonderfully absorbent and a beautiful colour and I shall buy some more. Thank you.

These towels are lovely. Look nice, wash well, good quality. They're slightly more square in dimensions than regular tea towels.

Lovely set of tea towels. Feel very soft to the touch. Come wrapped nicely so could even be a stocking filler gift. Wash very well.

They look very hardy tea towels and I was especially pleased that they were eco-friendly. However, I had to return them as I no longer needed them.

For the past 6 months we have been making little changes to our everyday life by replacing products or items as they run out with more eco friendly alternatives. These tea towel are perfect. They look smarter than our previous tea towel, work well and feel lovely. I love the fact they are made out of left over denim and even the 'plastic' bag is biodegradable. They would make a nice eco house warming gift.

We have been married 45 years and our tea towels given as shower gifts were getting worn. I wouldn't part with them being my favorites; however, I ordered the Eco Luxury Kitchen Towels from Amazon not knowing if they would be a suitable replacement. Well, let me tell you, my husband tried them before me and he loves them and so do I! The towels are 100% cotton so I wash in cold water and hang dry but that is my preference.Once dried the towels were a bit wrinkled but nothing major. They are very absorbent and dry just they way you want them too. The color and style are country looking which fits into our kitchen perfectly. I'm sure they will last as long as our favorites from many years ago.The order was placed on October 1st due to arrive on October 11th or 12th. I loved that these towels were an eco-friendly product. However, they are very loosely woven so they shrink a lot. The dye also leaks a bit and the stitching is very large stitches so the seams will not wear well. They are also INCREDIBLY WRINKLY when dried. I have never ironed kitchen towels but with these I had no choice. I would give these more stars if they were a tighter weave and didn't wrinkle so much. I wanted to really like them but didn't.

super linty....horrible for drying dishes and glasses. towels are well made but when drying pots/pans/glasses and dishware they leave fibers on everything.

Love them! Very large heavy weave cotton. Very absorbent. My only concern is that the photo looks a different color of blue. They are more of a "vintage blue" and cream color.

Wow, this company has won me over with their terrific product and impressive customer service.I was disappointed the first time I bought these towels because they shrank significantly. Everything else was great--sustainable, absorbent, attractive--and even though I had expected some shrinkage due to the natural fibers, I couldn't really recommend them when they became so small if not treated like fine linens--which I am just not prepared to do with dish towels.Not long after my review I received an extremely thoughtful email from the company regarding product changes that were made, inspired by buyers' comments. Full disclosure: They then sent me (unsolicited) a set of their new and improved product to check out. I was happy to see that they were cut larger to provide for the inevitable shrinkage. I just washed them for the first time and, as promised, they shrank much less than before. I love using these towels because they are attractive and responsible while doing the job--and I know the company stands behind their product. That is the true definition of a sustainable business, and the kind I want to support. You should feel good buying these towels.

These towels are amazing! They are soft, absorbent, and look great in my kitchen. I washed them first, and they shrunk a little, but not too much. Also, they didn't wrinkle that much either. I LOVE the company that makes them; it's definitely worth checking out their website to learn about their mission. I received three towels, each with a different but complementary pattern. I will order these again as gifts for eco-conscious friends.

I was a bit skeptical of these towels, as I've gone through a number of brands and never find them absorbent enough. I took a chance with these and am so pleased I'm here to buy a second set.They are nice to look at and they are solid towels. They absorb very well and are soft but not too soft. They look nice in my kitchen. They do wrinkle a bit when washed but either fold them aggressively or give them a quick iron if you're really picky. I find a quick hard fold right out of the dryer works well to reduce enough wrinkles that I'm okay hanging them up.If you're looking for a work horse towel that looks good in your kitchen, look no further.

I like the weight and patterns of these towels, love the hanger loops and love that they are recycled. I washed them before use, and I found one of the weaves came out of the dryer presentable, and the other two are rather wrinkled. I pulled them fresh from the wash so the two patterns would need ironing if I were wanting them to look more crisp. I'll settle for crumpled since I hate ironing, lol. I hung one and used it immediately, and some of the wrinkles fell out with that first use, so that helps.
