Q: Blanket states in is washable in cold water, but nothing about if it can be dried in the dryer?

I have washed mine several times in warm water and cold. I NEVER dry it. I hang it up to dry.

Q: Is this really waterproof? If my dog peed, would it go through the blanket?

My dog had an accident on mine and it repelled it, didn't soak through right away. Gave us enough time to take it off the bed so it wouldn't go sl the way through to our bedding. I truly love this blanket and so do my dogs.

I machine wash mine in cold water and dry on low for about 20 minutes then hang dry. These blankets are really great. I own 3 and they have saved our couch from any pet accidents.

No, but the material really isn't slippery. I've never had it slip off our faux leather sofa anyway.
