Printer arrived Early and in great working condition
I broke my old printer, don't ask, combat veteran. The seller got me my "new" printer 5 days earlier than reported. He did a great job on refurbishing this printer. He even included ink cartridges that were over 75 percent full.I didn't need any tech support because a) easy to install b) easy to download drivers and c) this fine gentleman made sure that it would work out of the box... Plus, I'm retired from the IT and Telecommunication fields.I would buy from this gentleman again in the future. It is hard to find people reliable and knowledgeable, and this guy earned his money.Practically brand new. Received the printer early. And this isn't a bad thing at all (I love it in fact), but it was packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and Gorilla tape.Thank you kind sir! 5 stars on everything!

Doesn’t work. Sucks away your time and money.
This is the worst investment one could possibly make on a printer. We have made approximately 20 or so acceptable prints on this thing, despite having spent hundreds on ink refills. Ink dries out within about a week if not used, and is quite expensive. If you try to use non-HP ink to save a few dollars, it won’t work at all. Even when using the pricey official HP ink, it doesn’t work well and dries out way too fast. This purchase has soured us on HP products in general-we’ve vowed to never again purchase anything from Hewlett-Packard. I wouldn’t wish this product and its problems on my enemies. STAY AWAY!

Very disappointed
I replaced an HP7510 that we liked very much. This is a HP7520 so I expected the same quality as well as function and setup. It was very hard to set up and when I went to the HP customer assistance site I was told it no longer qualified for assistance even though I had purchased it new and through HP. After several hours I was able to get it to work however it does not work as well as the 7510 it replaced. We paid alot extra and got a lot less. This will be our last HP product.

Great quality printer and photos. Not a long life though.
I loved this printer. Worked great with iPhone and windows7. Super photo quality. However, the print head and scanner runs on a belt, which frays after a year or two if you use it too hard. Unfortunately this belt is discontinued. But I got a lot of use out of it. So it depends on what your looking to use it for.
