Exclusive ViaFosa Water Distiller with BPA free Polycarbonate jug. Distills a full tank in 3 hours! New on/ off switch!

My main purpose in this review is to warn people: DON'T BUY A DISTILLER WITH AN OUTER PLASTIC COVER AROUND THE MAIN BODY. The VisaFosa has a metal jacket and so passes this test. Several Christmas Eves ago I was woken up by a PLASTIC coated distiller that was on fire and setting the smoke alarm off !This is my second ViaFosa distller in a year. I had thought I needed a spare recently and the other one became temporarily defunct. Some water had got in the other one and shorted it out. The switch mechanism is not well designed - it's not totally flush with the distiller body - and I have taken the step of putting masking tape around it. Customer service is good.Some tips. I picked this up from another review. Get a timer so that the distiller doesn't completely boil down. I find that after putting in hot water something like 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hours is a good time. DON'T make the same mistake as me of using a scourer for the bottom of the distiller when cleaning. I have found vinegar to be a good way of cleaning also - leaving to stand with hot water in it for a while and 1/2 bottle or so of cheap supermarket budget vinegar.

I never write reviews but feels I have to do it, particularly for this product.The distiller arrived quickly and packaging was perfect.The easy instructions explain very well how to use it.Now about the product itself:Its use is extremely simple, yet it provides something which should be adopted in every household.The level of purity of water is unbelievable.Living in London, the water coming out from the tap shows an average reading of 340 ppm (please see Google for informations about water readings).Once that same water goes into the distiller, the reading I get is around 001/002 ppm.Everytime i see the sediments leftover in the distiller after each cycle, I can only think how happy I am that all that trash isn't going inside my body.Now, after I've been using the distiller for few weeks, i can notice incredible results on my body.Feeling full of energy, excellent sleep during the night and several other improvements which makes me wish I started to use it much earlier...but as they say, better later than never.Never again I'll drink one drop of water which hasn't been purified by distillation.And yes, the taste of distilled water is totally exquisite.I prepare few glass bottles every couple of days and keep them in the fridge.The price of the machine it's completely negligible compared to the benefit you get from it.My advice is just buy it and you will thank yourself and the company that made it every single day you use it.

Excellent distiller, I see no reason to pay for anything more expensive when this does the job so well, I have used it a few times now and I am very happy with the results, the mud in the bottom of the distiller is quite shocking, its small enough to sit on my kitchen worktop and delivery was very fast, thank you, I am recommending it to everyone I know.

The debris that is taken out of regular tap water is stunning - all drinks taste smoother as the metals and fluoride have been removed by the natural process. I highly recommend this product - it's not the cheapest on the market, but the best quality I've had out of four over the past 4 years. I use it 2-3 times a day to make 8-12 litres of fresh distilled water.

This works a treat. Distills just over 3 and a half litres of water in less than 4 hours. I purchased the one with the plastic container, which left a really horrible taste of plastic in the water. Luckily, I already had plastic containers from a previous distiller which doesn't leave the plastic taste, so used those instead. If you haven't got an alternative container to use, then I would suggest you purchase the distiller with the glass jug. This distiller is very efficient and can also work on a timer - even though it has a manual on/ off button at the front. We have a mechanical timer plug so that we can distill water during the night (we have a cheaper electricity rate in the night) - as long as you switch the button on then the mechanical timer works very well. Thoroughly recommend for great tasting water and it's easy to clean too. Well worth the money.

So far so good.. does the job brilliantly. Had to buy this as my old one blew up.. after 10 years.. I like the plastic jug [given it's non BPA] and I transfer all distilled water immediately to glass bottles anyway.

It's so refreshing to find an organisation that provides such exceptional customer service, that makes you want to go out your way and write a review to promote them. This is a super product. I would not want to be drinking any other water now I have this distiller, especially when you see the grime at the bottom of the pot and think wow! i've been consuming that. I would only add that I would prefer to use a glass water carrier over a plastic one, particularly when reusing. Other then that I really cant fault this product - great price too.

We use this every day. We feel better on the inside and out, we know our baby is receiving pure water. Only problem is once you have filtered your water you become a snob to bottled and tap water. Going out without it becomes a problem so now I end up taking a glass bottle with my own water to restaurants!
