A life saver
I am so glad I bought this. My husband and I visited Canon Hall Farm one day, and I was still recovering from a back injury. I bought this as I knew from a previous visit that it was very tiring and there was little seating within the farm itself. This walking stick/chair saved the day for me. It enabled me to use it as a rest when walking, and provided me with a seat when resting against it was not enough. I am still not 100% but glad I have this for my holiday in a few weeks.

just what is needed, a folding chair and walking aid in one
I like the dual purpose of this stick chair. I can use it as a walking aid and then open it up for a rest if necessary. Helps when having to stand in a queue when my back becomes very painful

Ideal foldable chair for camping, golfing etc
I got this in a XL size so it’s a good size.My father in law is in his nineties. Before Covid we would take him out for the day. This will be very handy for him. It’s easy to fold up and unfold. Would have been great if there was a carry bag with it but otherwise it’s good.Ideal foldable chair for camping, golfing etc

Perfect for me, at 5'5"
I requested this for personal use in a few months' time. I'm due to have a major surgery that will require months of recuperation, physiotherapy, and rebuilding stamina - so a cane that doubles as a seat is something I'm inclined to suspect I'm going to be rather grateful for. The cane seems to be the perfect height for my 5'5" (165cm) frame. I had been concerned that it might prove too tall, since this is rated for people of up to around 6'1" (185cm) - but for me, its just the right height to use comfortably. It's not so good for taller people. Even my Dad, who at 5'9" is hardly pushing the top end of the estimate height range for this has to stoop slightly to use it - finding it uncomfortable and not good for posture. The seat feels reasonably sturdy to sit on - the metal frame and webbing of the seat and seat back are lightweight but seem to have plenty of strength to them. My husband is nearly 15 stone, and he can sit in this without presenting any kind of challenge to its load bearing. It's not too bulky, heavy or cumbersome when folded to be used reasonably as a cane. Will do admirably for the purpose for which I requested it.

Unstable and really not heavy duty
I got this chair as I thought it would be a perfect product for my grandma, which get tired really easily and needs alsready a support while walking. Well, I wouldn't give it to her, because it might cause more damage than help. The chair is really light and has two pairs of handles - one in back, which allow you to use it as a walking stick, one in front to support you while getting up. It's easy to open it and close it. And here the positives end.The construction is made of alluminium, so it's really light, but build quallity doesn't feel good at all. It's wobbly and if you put more pressure for example on the front handles while getting up, the construction moves and you have a feeling, it will just bend. The backrest is super low and if you try to rest your back, you will just fall back, as there is no way how this thing would support you. Maybe if you are one meter tall kid.If you try to use it as a walking stick, you have to pressure only in one point of the handle, otherwise the construction wobbles in all ways, which is really dangerous. The chair is extremly uncomfortable even for 70 kg person.Avoid this product.

Not a great experience at all.
Frehsore Walking Stick Folding Cane Seat for Women/Men 300 lbs with Heavy Duty - Walker Chair Bench Camping Travel Stool 2 Handle with 4 Legs (Plus Version).I love to have fold up chairs in the boot of my car as they are useful for so many things. I’ve used mine at weddings and funerals when the church is full and there’s nowhere to sit and I generally sit at my sons grave for hours in good weather with the one I currently have.I would expect a portable chair to feel comfortable, be sturdy, be light weight, support my back somewhat and be reasonably priced.Of these 6 I’d say for sure that 4 of these definitely do not meet my criteria with this chair. The chair is lightweight so much so that you can lift it with one finger so I’d give a star for that. The heavy duty title is somewhat misleading. It does not feel robust at all and I certainly don’t weigh anywhere near the specified maximum weight.I can’t imagine somebody with the max specified maximum weight sitting on it and feeling comfortable or even being able to fit in it at all. I’m 11 stones and my bottom was hanging over the back and the front handles were snug on my thighs. So I wouldn’t be able to sit in it very long. Too snug a fit for me.I felt uncomfortable when I tentatively sat on it and felt as though It was going to collapse and I’d fall off. Even though I didn’t. It just didn’t rock my world and that’s for sure. The back support is wide but low and quite uncomfortable so I felt that I was sitting too far back in the chair. Whereas the seat is quite small and saggy and certainly wouldn’t accommodate a large bottom on it.The walking stick idea although good is not practical with this chair. I use a crutch and couldn’t imagine ditching it to use the chair transformed into a stick instead. It felt quite awkward and clumsy to be honest and looked pretty silly too. There are no arm rests per say unless you want to extend your arms backwards to perch them on the handles. I have shoulder problems so was not able to achieve this. The front arm rests are too far forward and you would need to stoop down to reach them which, again is not comfortable. The body of the chair is described as stainless steel which is hollow and extremely lightweight.I can’t comment on the price for this size which is XL as it was not available, but if the price for the large is anything to go by I can only assume that it’s going to cost more than the £64.94 which is the price for the large.May suit a person who can’t walk very far who may need to sit down at intervals. For prices like that I’d expect a very ergonomic design and quality.I was really excited when I ordered it so to say I’m disappointed is an understatement to say the least.I hope you found this review helpful
