Q: There's nothing coming out of the espresso machine, what should I do?

The coffee might not be able to come out is caused by the air pressure. If this happens, please turn the body upside down and disassemble the portafilter. Then, pour some cold water into the water outlet. Finally, double-click the button to unblock air pressure.

Q: Which Nespresso capsules can be used? Original or Vertuo?

Only fit for Nespresso Original.

Q: What to do if my machine only beeps but not running?

1) If the machine beeps once: Press the power button to check if the batter is low (below 2 bars). Charge it fully before use. 2) If the machine beeps twice: Battery Overheating Protection is on. Please wait 5 mins before your next brew. 3) If the machine beeps three times: Boil-Dry Protection is on. Make sure there's water in the tank before operating. 4) If the machine has no beeps, just lights flash alternatively: Short / Open Circuit Protection is on. Please contact Customer Support for help.

Q: Is it safe to use in flight?

Excellent so Far

We have had a new machine about 2 weeks. We have had other makes and this one is by far the best. It’s addressed some features of the others .eg enclosed battery, larger water capacity. Easy pod installation and screw in cap. Both top and Bottom caps as push in in my opinion is better than the screw in types of others.. so very happy so far..

Me gustó el sabor y la crema que también depende de la calidad del grano. No me gusta lo poco que dura la batería cuando estás obligado a poner agua fría por no tener donde calentarla.
