Okay so after a few days of using. It has a lot of benefits only thing I wish they did better is, I wish the cord was just a little longer. I have to use an extension cord but it works really good. I use it on my hamstring since I get a lot of cramps. My wife uses it on her back and neck and she loves it. I still give it 5 stars because the deep tissue massage option it has is Tremendous!

I bought this massager for my husband because he works long hours sitting down and often complained about back and neck pain. Since he started using it, he’s felt a big difference, the heat and Shiatsu massage really help relax his muscles. He uses it while working or watching TV, and he loves it.It’s easy to use, comfortable, and the size covers the entire back. For the price, it’s a great investment in his well-being.

While this product delivers a great massage, it IS a little cumbersome and the adapter will occasionally come unplugged from the power source if you adjust your position. The pluses are:1) the heat is very nice and is adjustable2) the massage DOES get the job done and can be adjusted in intensity3). It IS a good item in terms of dollar value

I reviewed this before purchase and it had good comments. Unfortunately, it did not work well for me. The balls that rotate are larger and hard. It does not give the type of massage that I was looking for. It was a Christmas gift and tried out by our other family members and they gave the same comments. I needed something with a gentle massage and this product did not deliver that. For those who require a more robust one, this would likely be suited for them.

This thing hits harder than expected (in a good way). The massage nodes really dig into tight spots and work out the tension nicely. It comes with both wall and car adapters, so it’s great for home or travel. The shape fits well on the lower or upper back, and the remote is simple and responsive. Not a huge unit, but definitely powerful — worth it if you need something strong but portable.

This is really nice for my back at my office chair. Fabulous heat and massage strength! I thought it would work well in my car too, but it pushes me a little too far away from my seat.

I've used a similar one a friend had and I could sit in a chair in a normal position and turn it on and it worked pretty well.This one was horribly painful and in No way could you put it on your chair and lean against in a normal way. The needing mechanism was too far forward with absolutely no type of padding,but a mesh like fishnet stocking over them and due to this you need to be careful to not let your hair or any string like a pull string from a hoodie or hair clip or even a necklace if using on upper back or it will grab it and twist due to the mesh in front of the kneeders being actually open with NO barrier at all. And as for the "heated" it is N/A if its too painful to use than I wouldn't have felt the heat.
