So far so good! I used this to wire in led taillights on my 1979 f150 I bought the taillights from Amazon however the connector on it was awful and only one taillight worked.. now they are hard wired and easily detachable! Idk how water resistant they are.. but.. I will update if needed.

To all the folks out there who want to make a custom length extension cord for your Chinese Diesel Heater, these connectors WORK!!! All you need to do is find a 16 gauge, 3 conductor (16/3) electrical extension cord, cut to length, strip the ends, slip on 3:1 adhesive heatshrink, solder up making sure pins and colors correspond, slip heatshrink over solder joints and apply heat!!! One thing to make sure of is that your extension cord is NOT made from CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) which is impossible to properly solder and oxidizes and breaks down quickly in harsh environments!!! Great Value for the quantity included and seem to be well manufactured with a positive locking mechanism and a waterproof seal. PS--In picture of the three connector ends, the one on the far right is the one already attached to the diesel heater controller for comparison.

Very happy with this purchase. In the past, I bought a kit where you make connectors yourself. Those, even after working on it for hours, are not solid. The connections are fragile. This is the opposite.Solid connection, just connect the wires. I was done quickly. One thing is that there are only three colors on the 6 wires. I would prefer one color per wire. But this is not a deal killer. Still very happy.

My only issue, didn’t order enough. I got a lot of lights. These are well made and will work very well for my 2x4 Ram 1500 makeover. Need another pack. Got to wait though. These are ready to install, using my fog light switch to work some and headlights on the others. These look good and like part of the truck. Great price also. Between the Bumper and all the lights, I’m low on crazy cash. Well worth the buy. Get ya some just because. You won’t regret it
