Excellent super wool sock.Only given 3 stars for longevity as I’ve only had them 6 weeks.I use them for fishing, very comfortable and certainly warm. Only one occasion up to now where my feet have got slightly cold after 5 hours, but that day I should of worn my moon boots, definitely not the socks fault!I’ve had Bridgedale socks in various guises and all have been good and lasted well, I expect the same from these.Expensive? Not really because quality never is! Buy cheap, buy twice!

High quality ,comfy, hard wearing and very warm ,knee length socks. Perfect for anyone outside all day , i.e. farmers ,fishermen ,gamekeepers ,etc. They feel a little coarse at first ( but not itchy ) and that is because of the wool blend content , which make them very long lasting and wear resistant. I will definitely be buying more like these in the near future. Worth every penny.

Great walking socks. Good padding, no irritation from seams, can be pulled up to beyond mid calf. Stays up without digging in. Washes and dries well. Bit expensive but from personal experience they last very well indeed if looked after.

Quite simply the BEST socks on the market, these are very warm, very comfortable and very durable. I purchased several pairs of these socks seven or eight Years ago and it's only now that they're showing signs of wear. I have worn these socks Day in Day out for nearly a decade in all conditions and they are superb. Expensive but worth every penny and if like me you suffer from poor circulation in the extremities these are a must. Get yourself a few pairs of them you won't regret it.

I spend all day in heavy boots and do a lot of lifting/handling and walking as well as a significant amount of driving. I never get blisters, I never have sore skin and I never get cold feet.I've walked up pen-y-fan in these socks with no issues too, so glad I did as I was the only person in our party not to have blisters.I think these socks are so superb they're the only ones I wear.

These socks are brilliant. They are soft, comfortable, padded, durable and keep my feet warm. These are my go-to socks. :-)

A good pair of quality walking socks, nice, thick and warm. Seem to be well manufactured, I mostly use around the house or on particularly cold days.

Excellent quality, warm socks that wash well. These haven't got too much wool in them that they loose shape or shrink too easily in the wash, thats not to say they aren't warm though. They have a decent padded footbed and keep my feet warm all day outside. unlike socks that are made of man made fibres these allow your feet to breath & avoid your own sweat cooling your feet too much. The old saying 'buy cheap, buy twice' comes into it's own with decent socks.
