This is the only brand of kinesiology tape I will buy from now on.
I have bought at least 20 different kinesiology tapes from Amazon including the brand name KT. I have used over 100 rolls of different kt tapes in the lady 6 months. This is by far my favorite. It really sticks to your skin, even at the very tips. I have bad arthritis in my fingers and with other kt tapes, they usually start fraying and peeling at the ends after a day. This does not do that because of how well it sticks to my skin. Fraying is akdo minimal because of how well it adheres to my skin. I will only buy this brand from now on.

More effective than I thought it would be
For a first time user of K-tape, I very much liked this. Being precut helped as I was new to using this. There has been a couple of times where it did not stick, not sure why as legs were clean and dry. As the ends would lift up I would just trim it off. As far as helping with alleviating pain...OMG, this works!! I shattered my right knee about 7 years ago, have had a bone graft due to a non-union and then finally the surgical steel plate and 17 screws removed. I have a custom brace to use but it cannot be worn over jeans and thus did not always wear it. My knee would often just give out on me and there was constant pain. I watched some videos on placement of tape for a full knee and then put it on myself, the pain relief was instant. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I have been!! Then I decided to use it over areas of the left hip and leg where I have lived with chronic nerve pain post motor vehicle accident in 2002 (pain is like fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy). It feels like a constant burning from the hip down. Since then I have been on pain meds for pain management. Bottom line, using this tape over areas that have the most pain has helped. The pain is not completely gone, but I have hopes the use of this tape will help me to eventually have the medications completely gone!! I have used other tapes as well but so far this seems to be the best for the knee area. I like that the edges of it does not fray, as other brands do.

I have mixed feelings here...
Ok. I usually buy a name brand tape for use on a) a trigger finger, and b) and arthritic hand. Sometimes I pull an arm muscle lifting stuff up above my head, so I use it for that, too. I thought I would give this stuff a try. $25 for three rolls. They are precut. They are synthetic, not cotton; synthetic providing better support. (I think, though, polyester would be better than rayon, which this is.) They stick quite well. Maybe better than my usual tape. But......the edges fray badly. It is really annoying. And because of that I find myself changing the strips more often than I would with my usual tape. Like every day. Also, the little honeycomb design on them is NOT woven in. It is placed on. Meaning it comes off. In pieces. It essentially is a bit of fluff the manufacturer added on which is basically useless. So I would not recommend this tape. Edit: Added picture. the tape has been on my hand three hours. You can see where it frays, and also where the sticky stuff sort of melts onto the skin. I don't know if you can see the honeycomb peeling off.

Love this stuff
I’ve been using tapes on a daily basis for almost three years now. I’ve tried all of them and most have their own unique pros and cons. I’ve not tried this one on my ribs or knees (or anywhere other than my wrist) so I can’t comment on the elasticity or the glue residue. For my wrist application, I use a piece of gauze underlay. This tape feels stronger and it’s self-adherence as well as to gauze is impressive. Absolutely love the kickass can it comes in...will buy again. Again, this review only applies to wrapping it around my wrist. One thing that is also unique to at least my batch of rolls is that I must cut each segment from the roll; if I don’t, there will be strings of adhesive that will stretch, break off and float away like a spider web. I cut all brands anyway as I’ve found each brand separates differently. I’ve not experienced any fraying of the material.

Relief anywhere you need it!
I am very active and take several classes a day. (strength training, dance, zumba, folk dance ,aerobic exercise) But I have many issues with disc problems in my back and neck, knee and hip issues. I have found that these strips make it easier to work out . Also, because of the design, I can place them in areas that plasters just don't work. There is absolutely no aroma or intense heat that one feels in plasters. Although I purchased a flesh tone, sometimes people have noticed when I use for my neck. I have shared my review of the item with them and given them some of the strips to try. They all have agreed with me that they got relief and want the name of the product and where I bought them.

Thin, leave glue marks, buyer beware
Good value, but they are so thin I have to use two (one over the top of another). Also, they’re difficult to peal off the paper, and the worst part... is they leave glue marks whenever you take them off that you have to scrub and pumice just to get the glue off of your skin. Would NOT purchase again and would NOT recommend these. Learned my lesson, you get what you pay for 🤷🏻♀️ (I’ve used many brands and these absolutely SUCK)

It’s downfall is that it’s all good and so sticky that it ripped my skin off ...
This tape works really well! It with stands showering and a bath daily for several days in a row before needing to be changed. It’s downfall is that it’s all good and so sticky that it ripped my skin off with it when I removed it. Word to the wize, soak it in baby oil and the remove very, very slowly while soaking in hot water.

A good quality kinesiology tape at a really good price.
I started using kinesiology tape a year ago after being recommended it to assist with the plantar fasciitis and plantar fibromatosis that I have in my right foot. Not the best issues to have if you are going on a holiday where there is going to be loads and loads of walking - anyone who has been to Disneyworld will know what I mean. So after chatting to a few people in the know, it seemed like KT tape was the way to go.So when in Florida, I went to a running shop and to Walmart to get a stock of tape. After a search of the internet, it seemed that "KT tape" was the best manufacturer and both shops had an abundance of that make. A search of youtube will get you loads of videos on how to best put the strips on and I did find that it helped me against the days when I didn't put the tape on.However, when I returned home to look for further purchases of the tape, I found that KT tape was a lot more expensive that in the US. So when I finally did run out, I came on Amazon to look for a cheaper alternative. I then found this item with three rolls for the price of one of the KT tape.I bought the blue coloured tape and it arrived in a cardboard tube as can be seen on the photo. The pattern on the tape is quite striking and is also a good indicator for how much stretch you are putting into the tape. Initial reaction to the tape was that it was thinner than the previous KT tape that I had used, but I have to say that it feels like it gives much more support than KT tape. It tends to stick for a good three to five days as the manufacturers claim and it has stayed in place during and after showering. I have found that sometimes a corner will come loose, but snipping it off with scissors means that the rest of the strip won't follow.I'm very pleased with the tape and if the price stays the same for the three rolls, I'll definitely be returning for more. I certainly recommend this tape over more expensive options. If you found this review helpful, can you please help me by clicking on the helpful button. Thanks.

Great stylish tape, not the best in water but great for everything else
I have many joint problems, and I'm always having to cover myself with tape. I became allergic to some of the top brands. This tape is really nice, it sticks well to the skin, you need to make sure you havent just showered, and make sure its on for a couple of hours before you shower. Its cool looking, has a nice stretch to it. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me when swimming, I find that although it sticks to the skin well, it doesn't always stick to itself very well, so when it gets wet it comes off in the places where its overlapped. Overall tho, I really like it and it is good value for money.Advise......dont try and pull it off early, every single tape out there will mark your skin and cause redness and blisters if you pull it off too early, it's not just this tape, all of them will trust me. If you have to get it off, get it wet then use an oily based moisturizer or a oily shower gel. Personally I'd just leave it till it's ready.I think this is one of the best tapes on Amazon and love the handy tube it comes in and its style.

Great tape at a great price (looks good too)
I see that some reviews have slated this tape for it's lack of "stickability". I can't say that I've experienced this at all, to the point where i actually ended up removing some skin along with the tape! (User error but can happen with all kinesiology tape if you don't remove it properly.) I don't use this tape with any form of extra sprays, I just make sure that the skin is clean and dry.I've been using this tape to support a severe ankle ligament and tendon issue after a particularly nasty inversion. The tape has always stuck well to the skin on my foot and ankle. It's given me great support and lasts a couple of days.CAVEATS and TIPS1. The tape isn't waterproof. It's sticky but it doesn't like soap and water and will very easily start to come off after a shower. However, at this price, I like to change it for hygiene reasons anyway. It suffers less from the shower effect on when used on other parts of the body though.2. When applying tape, the ends must not be under tension. This i both very bad for your skin, and for getting the tape to stay stuck! It must also be stuck to skin and not itself at the ends foe best adhesion.3. It won't stick as well if you handle the sticky side with your fingers. Generally, handle it with the backing paper on and at the ends, peel back the paper as it lays to you skin. It also helps to prevent tension issues this way.$. Make sure the skin you are applying to is neither wet or oily (natural oils/moisturisers etc). All in all, great tape. Maybe not quite on the level of the proper KT tape, but you get three rolls for less than the price of one!

Best tape out there!
I have arthritis in both knees and an old injured ankle that are all taped up on a daily basis. I've tried a few tapes now including what would be considered budget ones, but nothing comes close to this stuff! It really is the best, the pre-cut strips are easy to apply and take the hassle out of always having to round corners off with a pair of scissors. Not to mention the brilliant adhesion! I can quite happily get a fair few days of wear out of this stuff, showers and swimming included!Don't let the price put you off, it's well worth it!

my favourite sports tape
Thanks to running with a dog that's way too big for me, my knees suffer more strain than is good for them. I put the tape on the night before I go out on my early morning runs and this definitely helps keep the knee caps where they should be. I've tried all manner of braces and compression sleeves but they do nothing really. Tape is the best. I've also tried several of the other tapes available and they all brought my skin out in a rash - this one hasn't. I wouldn't use any other brand now.
