The brushes are soft, and the 'wands' are such fun shapes. My reason for 4* is they are very bendable, some were bent and were super easy to straighten. They are also quite heavy, you'd think they wouldn't bend so easily being so heavy. Also, the brush parts are not really part of the wand, they are just glued on and so there is some glue, and some rather sharp edges as they are not molded to the wand, just stuck on. I hope they are glued well enough to withstand being washed and I'm going to try to crimp them so they aren't so uncomfortable to hold. But none of these issues is enough for me to want to send them back, I do actually like all the fun shapes, and for the price I paid, truly, I'm surprised they are as nice as they are, as far as the brushes themselves go, they are nicer than some more spendy ones that I had to toss out.

The picture and the branding of storybook cosmetics is on the pouch, but this is not authentic to their brand. Other than that, I don't care about harry potter but I got these as a gift for my friend. Surprisingly, the brushes themselves are actually very nice. They have nice weight to them and they do look like expensive collectors brushes. I was mostly surprised that they don't feel as cheap as they are. She doesn't care about makeup as much as I do, but the quality is actually really nice and I'm certain that my friend is going to love this

Great brushes. The metal handle has a little weight making them seem more expensive for this great price.

Got these as a gift for my girlfriend. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but they sure surprised me. They are quite heavy and felt super durable and strong. Felt fairly good quality. I can't speak for the brush and makeup application quality but really nice from what I could tell. Great gift!

My daughter loved these. They're heavy, giving them a solid feel in your hand. Cute little bag they come in, too.

Has a nice heft to the handles and feels good to hold. The brushes are decent. This line apparently has other pop culture universes that are getting sold at Ulta.
